The property was perfect for our family get together. We had plenty of rooms and places to hang out. Loved the fire pit and the jacuzzi. Views were amazing.

We had an amazing time in Napa at this property! The property is picturesque, clean, and spacious. We had more than enough room for our large group. The property manager was in contact with us and was there to address any issues encountered (none!) should they arise. 10/10 would book this property again!!

Had a wonderful weekend! This house is amazing inside and out! We had a group of 15 and it accommodated all of us well. Gave us all plenty of space and made our weekend so much more enjoyable. The host was super responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful trip. The property is expansive and beautiful and the house is stunning. We took advantage of the entire property: we put our grandparents in the main house; our teenagers loved the cottage, and my husband and I had fun staying in the Airstream. It's a great place to have a family vacation with great walks on the property and close access to many fun activities for all age ranges.

I stayed at this property for a recent girls trip with 9 friends and we all had an amazing time. The amenities were amazing and we loved relaxing by the pool. The host was extremely responsive when we had questions and helped make the weekend very special.

Vibey, 70s, gorgeous, great views, amazing design. This property facilitated the best weekend of connection for our large group of friends! Far enough away from town to feel secluded and private, but close enough that all the amenities we needed were so close. Even pickle ball and golf were less the 5 mins away. The owners were so responsive. And obviously have the best style! It's amazing how much the design of the property added to our experience. The pool was amazing. The hot tub was great. Everything worked. Plenty of linens and towels. Fully loaded kitchen. Fancy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom. Plenty of space for games, connection, conversation, meals. We had the best time and were so sad to leave! We cannot wait to come back!

My Daughters rented this lovely place for a Bachelorette party and had such a good time there.

A larger group of women and I wanted to get away this summer and celebrate many moments we couldn’t celebrate over the past two years. This was the perfect home for us to kick back, unwind and catch up. The hosts had a lovely property with plenty of beds/couches for 14 of us. The pool was where we spent most of our time and having access to many different lounging rooms was fabulous. The best part was how responsive the hosts have been. Would definitely stay here again if they’ll have us!

This was an amazing property to bring our whole family together, we were very happy with the entire experience. The property's multiple gathering spaces gave us plenty of room and the outdoor space was amazing. The host was very responsive and wanted to make sure we were having a great time. The space is very private, but it's also convenient for many activities. Great stay!

This is a big sprawling house with lots of bedrooms and places to hang out both inside and out. The pool area is lovely and I love the thoughtful upgrades and flourishes throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

We needed a large house in the area for our wedding party to stay at for our extended wedding weekend. It had everything we were looking for and more. The highlight was the beautiful outdoor space. Pool, hot tub, poolside cabana, lounge chairs, BBQ, fire pit, and large surrounding outdoor space with shade and sun options was perfect for hanging out with the group any time of the day or night. When there were questions the hosts were quick to respond. They even accommodated an early check in. Parking is a bit limited especially for larger groups, especially without boxing people in, but it wasn't an issue for us. Everybody was so impressed by the home, it felt like we were living in luxury for a few days. Thanks for the amazing stay.

We had such an amazing time celebrating my 40th birthday in Sonoma. The whole rental process went seamlessly and the property was as gorgeous as advertised. My friends even worked with Marvie to plan a special surprise for my bday and said that she was just wonderful. Bruce was very helpful when we had special accommodations during check in. Thank you for helping make my big weekend so memorable.

Such a great property. Remote enough where you feel like you’ve escaped the city but close enough to everything you’d need. The design is fun and vintage. Enough space for 9 of us to fit comfortably, and more could fit on the couches in the living spaces.

All in all, the property is beautiful and i would stay there again, but there are some quirks. The house is a little dated (retro interior design, peeling paint, some drafty windows, old fire alarms, etc) but was perfect for a weekend getaway with a group. We did not use the pool (too cold) but the hot tub,firepit, and bbq areas all worked well for us. The view from the deck is amazing. Loved sitting there and drinking wine during sunset. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. There were lots of places for people to sleep, but no blinds in the common areas, so if someone sleeps on the couches, they would wake up with a lot of morning sunlight. The separate "cottage" is right beside the house, which was great for us. I knocked off one star because we had issues with the fire alarms while we were there. Two started beeping the first night (signaling low battery). The owner was responsive to my call at 4am and I was able to detach the alarms and remove the batteries. They sent a handy man to replace the battery the next day. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again the next night with the same alarm and several other fire alarms. we were not able to detach one of them so had to try to sleep with the beeping sound the rest of the night. The next day the handyman came and his resolution was to disconnect and replace the beeping alarms. I feel bad taking a star for something that may have been completely out of the owners' control, but it was pretty disruptive to what was supposed to be a weekend of fun and relaxing.

This place is beautiful and has tons of character. Great variety of gathering spaces indoors and out and the kids had a great time. Close to town but feels remote in the best way. Great communication with hosts. Originally some confusion about heating the pool, but it was resolved. There were 13 of us and the accommodations suited us well. We hope to come back with friends!

Loved this property. Very cute interior design and it had everything we needed to enjoy the hot tub, cook an epic meal in the kitchen, etc. FYI the number of people it sleeps is less than the listing unless you want your group to sleep on the couches.

We had a mixed experience at this house, which we booked for a family Christmas. Pros: Great location that is near Santa Rosa, but also feels remote and relaxing. Big house and cute cottage with lots of space to hang out. Pool and hot tub were a fun bonus for the kids. Cons: Unfortunately, we found a dead mouse in a kitchen cabinet. This was pretty upsetting because we did a lot of cooking during our stay and used the kitchen heavily. The house wasn't as well-stocked with basics as we expected. For example, we almost ran out of toilet paper on Christmas day. The hosts had more delivered to us the same day.

The pictures don't do this place justice. Location was great, host was very accommodating, and tons of space!

My family and I spent our Thanksgiving here and had a good & comfortable time. It's close to the city so we were able to get everything we needed from the store, meanwhile out far enough that it felt like a place just for us. The amenities were nice and the owners communicated well with us.

I stayed at this property with a small group for the weekend. The property is is at a great location with easy access to Sonoma, Kenwood, and Calistoga regions, as well as convenient access to grocery stores and restaurants in Santa Rosa. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. There’s also a great outdoor grilling area and indoor fireplace. There’s plenty of space at this property for a larger group to spread out. That being said, there are some older windows that can be drafty or allow excess noise in.

Highly recommend staying at this property. The hosts were very accommodating.

The property is absolutely unreal. Everything is clean, cozy and cool. We spent three nights and were able to enjoy wineries, a pool day, and a chef made dinner. Bruce and Marvie are both incredibly accommodating and helpful the entire time! One thing to note that was helpful for us when picking is that sleeping 16 does account for some sleeping on couches, but with the views, trust me no one will mind!

Our group of 11 friends had a great time at this property. Bruce was very responsive and quick to answer any question we had. The home, the yard, and the surrounding area were all stunning. It was the perfect spot for our group, and a great location near lots of vineyards and other amenities that we took advantage of.

We loved your spacious house and secluded property. The teens especially loved the hot tub/swimming pool combo. The space easily accommodates a large group and the wooded setting is very peaceful.
