The property is a portion of a chalet of approximately 150 sqm spread over three floors, located a few kilometers from the city center and just a few meters from the Flégère ski lifts and the Golf.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance with a ski room, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a pantry. The living area includes a bathroom with a shower, a spacious open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and induction hob, a dining room with a well-furnished table, a stove, and a TV.
From the dining room, you can access the garden, where you can enjoy a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. Guests have sun loungers and a table with chairs at their disposal.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (two rooms with two single beds each and one with a sofa bed) and large wardrobes, as well as two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
On the third floor, there is an attic with three single beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the house.
Three parking spaces are included.

In winter, it's perfect for ski holidays. During the summer, it is also ideal for enthusiasts participating in Mont Blanc marathons (UTMB, Marathon du Mont Blanc, Gran Trail Courmayeur) and for golf lovers.

Cafetière électrique, des casseroles adaptés à la plaque induction, un batteur électrique, un petit four micro-onde serait également utile...
Sinon le reste est top et l'emplacement très agréable. L'accueil et les conseils de Véronique nous ont été précieux...
