Recentemente rinnovato, vicino alla spiaggia e città! La posizione è ideale per coloro che desiderano godersi la vita da spiaggia e shopping eclettico e l'esperienza ristorante Manhattan Beach offre.
La maggior parte tutto ciò che serve è raggiungibile a piedi e se vi piace cucinare o barbecue, la casa è completamente attrezzata. La casa è inoltre dotata di componenti di intrattenimento come 3 TV LCD, impianto stereo e accesso internet FIOS. Inoltre la casa ha l'aria condizionata in tutto!

Comfortable and convenient
If you appreciate quality cookware (including great pots, pans, and kitchen knives), linens, electronics, and easy access to the beach, you will appreciate this home! Understated from the outside, the interior is clean, comfortable, and compact. The owner Greg made sure everything was in order -- from our first contact until making sure our damage deposit was refunded. There is so much to do in this area ... from cruising on the Strand to enjoying the many local restaurants to absorbing the spectacular sunsets at the beach. I would recommend it to a friend. (For something new, we dems even enjoyed visiting the Ronald Reagan library! The views from up there alone made it worth the trip!)

Great location--two blocks from the beach & the Strand. We could walk to everything. Nicely appointed house, with everything we needed. Property owner was very helpful and responsive with all questions. A huge plus to have parking! Thank you for a wonderful stay:)

The house is great and the location makes it better. You have the beach about 100 steps away from the house. The two level house was perfect for our family.

We had a great time at Manhattan Beach. The house is a stone's throw away from one of the nicest beaches in Cali.The house was perfect for our family of 5. The layout was amazing b/c it had 2 separate living spaces (one upstairs and one downstairs). Plenty of comfortable spaces and beds to relax on. Greg and Pearl were extremely accomodating. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

We had a great time at Manhattan Beach. The house is a stone's throw away from one of the nicest beaches in Cali.The house was perfect for our family of 5. The layout was amazing b/c it had 2 separate living spaces (one upstairs and one downstairs). Plenty of comfortable spaces and beds to relax on. Greg and Pearl were extremely accomodating. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely return.
