This bright and newly renovated 90m² apartment is located on the second floor of a charming 1930s Tuscan building, offering a peaceful retreat just minutes from the city’s main attractions. The best part? You’re staying in a real Florentine neighborhood, away from the crowded tourist spots, while still being within walking distance to the city center.

The apartment is organized on 2 levels (the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs), has intercom, mosquito screens on every window - very useful especially during the summer - and anything you may need for an unforgettable stay in Florence.
The facility offers:
Dining room & kitchenette, provided with stove and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, a complete set of kitchenware
Living room witt sofa, coffee table and bookshelves with many Italian and English books
1 Master Bedroom with laminate floor, double bed, built-in wardrobes, night tables, reading lamps, air conditioning;
1 Bedroom with 1 futon sofabed, built-in wardrobes, night table with reading lamp, small desk with chair, air conditioning;
1 Bathroom with wash basin, shower, bidet, toilet, hair dryer, mirror;
1 Toilet with wash basin, washing machine, ironing facilitie;
1 Small terrace on the roof.
A lift/elevator is also present in the building.
CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee is Euro 60 to be paid in cash at the check in.
PARKING: The great thing about my apartment is that parking is easy and can be done in the street or in the streets nearby at the maximum cost of Euro 12 a day (Sunday and Public Holidays parking is for free!). A covered public parking is also available right behind the corner, at the cost of Euro 20 a day or Euro 70 a week, if you prefer.
What a great opportunity to use my property as a perfect base to discover by car the beautiful cities and landscapes that Tuscany has to offer you!
QUIETNESS:
As opposed to other apartments in the city center, you will fully enjoy the tranquility of this area, far better than the noisy narrow medieval streets packed with people that will often prevent you from sleeping at night.
CHECK IN PROCEDURE:
As this is not a hotel (but the personal assistance is far better, trust me!), and therefore there is no 24/7 reception duty, in order to organize the check in I will need the exact time of your arrival at the apartment. I will allow a maximum of 30 minutes of delay, after which we may leave the place and you will need to schedule another appointment by calling us directly.
Late check in (after 8pm) - Euro 20 to be paid at check in.

We highly recommend Britt's apartment. It was super clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our our two night stay. It was about a half hour walk to everything and we enjoyed walking through the vibrant streets. Britt was super responsive and her parents were absolutely charming and most helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful apartment with great hosts. We dealt with Antonio & Yvonne as local contacts, they were very welcoming and accommodating. We had one very small, non urgent issue with a toilet and Antonio came right away and got it fixed within the hour. Excellent hosts and great location, close to the train and all the sites we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again!

The whole experience from the first communication with the host, until the final communication before check-out was excellent.
The location was exactly what we were looking for, it's a lovely walk by the river side to the old town, and we could dine with locals away from the tourist hot spots in the morning and evenings.
Restaurant and pastry stores recommended by the host were delicious, and on the same street as the recommended restaurants you can find every type of store if you fancy some local retail therapy.
Florence is beautiful, the apartment fantastic, and the host communicative and very helpful.
You won't be disappointed.

Last October we spent 5 days at this apartment. It worked perfectly for us. Having two bedrooms was a real bonus. We also appreciated the kitchen and clothes washer. The location was just far enough out of the center of town to feel like we were in a real neighborhood with real Italians and not a bunch of tourist. The bus stop was close by and from there it was easy to get everywhere. It is also possible to just walk to many interesting places and great restuants. It was extra special to be met at the apartment by the owners father who not only told us about the apartment but also gave us some good information on what to do and where to eat while we were in town. The whole transaction was easy. It is without hesitation that I would recommend this place to stay when and if you every are in Florence.
