Godetevi le splendide viste sul molo e sulla spiaggia da Sandpiper 303, un condominio fronte oceano aggiornato situato proprio sulla spiaggia all'estremità sud di Tybee. Posizione comoda vicino al molo, ristoranti, negozi e la spiaggia principale. Cucina ben attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici e una lavastoviglie. La zona giorno comprende un divano letto queen-size, TV / DVD a schermo piatto da 40 pollici, un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone. C'è un ulteriore posto a sedere al bar per la colazione per 2. Goditi la brezza dell'oceano e le splendide viste dal tuo balcone privato attrezzato, accessibile dalla camera da letto principale e dal soggiorno. Il master è arredato con un letto King e nel bagno padronale annesso troverete un doppio lavabo e una doccia. Una camera degli ospiti ha una regina e la seconda ha 2 gemelli. We LOVE the location of the property. It was nicely furnished, cozy, and very clean. Check in and out was a breeze! Only one thing we can think of, is the mattresses in each room are super hard. A plus if you love a firm night's sleep, but just a little too much for us. Also, the elevator wont go to the 3rd floor, but we didn't consider that a fault to the owner at all. Was no problem using it to grt to 2nd floor, then one set of stairs. We enjoyed our stay very much, and sure we will be back!

Pros-Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and spacious. It was close to what we wanted. Cons-Entire toilet was loose. Toilet paper was very cheap. You can’t turn the ac below 70 and there was mold in places there should not have been.

The location was great. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants. We were on the 3rd floor directly across from the beach. Beautiful views and super easy access to the beach. Balcony seated 4 people and had a table and chairs for breakfast or relaxing. The management staff was wonderful. However the unit was not well cleaned or in as good of condition as we had hoped. Dirt and wrappers under bed and dressers, coffee maker was not cleaned from previous renters. Wine glasses had lip prints on them indicating they were not clean. We had to run all plates and glasses thru dishwasher before we could use them. Couch was ripped on the cushion and a chair was missing from dining table. Hair dryer was not working. Management company immediately brought over a new one to replace the hair dryer and bought us breakfast for all of the inconvenience. While the unit needs better cleaning and an update, we were not in it much and the location made up for the disrepair and lack of cleaning.
