Un divano ultra-confortevole e una poltrona reclinabile ti invitano ad affondare e rilassarsi, e potresti scoprire che i piani per uscire la sera si sono trasformati in drink frullatori e stuzzichini con qualche giro di sciarade! C'è qualcosa di speciale a casa insieme nel tempo in vacanza, senza club o riunioni a cui precipitarsi, e l'intera banda devota a godersi la reciproca compagnia.

Overall great spot with great communication.
We had a great time during our stay at the Cinnamon Beach Resort. Our trip was splendid with waves crashing on the beach, it seemed, just feet away. We were local enough to most other locations that we were interested in visiting and made the most of our vacation by spending time walking and running on the beach. We also had time to find a horseshoe crab, and some starfish, and the favorite for the family was finding sharks' teeth.
The communication with the management company was spot on especially since they had to move us to a different location because of work being done on the unit we were to have stayed in. They upgraded us and made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall we had a great time at a great spot and we would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get away to a beach that isn't highly congested.

Property was nice. A couple of issues: needed to clean the top bedding myself (hadn't been washed) and the ice dispenser did not work on the refrigerator. Could have warned us of the rock situation on the beach - at first we panicked that rocks were down the entire beach, but after investigation we were able to find a place where the kids could get in the water without hurting or cutting themselves on the large rocks on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in terms of closeness to the beach and pool access, however we had to go to the store and buy things as though we were moving in. There was only one roll of toilet paper included for each bathroom, one roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags (including the one that was already in the trash can). Hardly enough dishwasher detergent to run it more than twice. When we arrived, the only towels we could find were 5 beach towels left on the beds for the 6 of us to use for the week...which we later remedied when we found all of the towels in the dryer! The housekeeper had left them in the dryer and if we hadn't washed laundry we wouldn't have found them.
There were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher, no coffee filters for the old school coffee pot and no hair or face products.

When we arrived the Ocean was magnificent. The room was as described and while we were there everything worked out fine. There is a smoke alarm missing in the ceiling and the screen door should be replaced. It is old and rusty with a small hole in it defeating the purpose. The internet password did not work but with a little hunting we found out that the password for several of the properties was the same so we signed onto another for access.

We were surprised how nice, up to date and clean the condo was. The view was magnificent. The extra information on restaurants etc. from Steve was very helpful. We are planning our visit for next year.

The condo is nice, great views from the balcony overlooking the ocean and a golf hole. Issues: The management company doesn't provide the wifi code unless you call them. They don't tell you how to lock the electronic combination lock, you have to figure it out for yourself. There's barely enough toilet paper and paper towels, bring your own. And soap. A lot of in-and-out by neighbors, the complex is like a hotel, tons of VRBO, but we had no issues with that personally, it was pretty quiet. Overall, good unit but come prepared. Could be managed MUCH better.

The location was great with a beautiful ocean view. We saw dolphins in the distance from balcony. Loved that the community was so pet friendly. Lots to do in the area- St. Augustine and State Parks. It was a great week.

2. Pool area from pictures isn't the same as at the property. Pool is very simple and not much to do for kids. If you book your trip thru third party you want be able to use hammock resort other pool. You have to book directly thru them.
3. Shower curtain needed to be changed it was dirty from mold. Place was little bit dusty and there is no extra bedding for sleeping sofa.
But in general we had a great time. I love how quiet is this place.

Great view, but not to rent more than 2 week.
Not well kept. The ceiling fans were full of dust. We got sinus problems when you used the air conditioner, no replacement light bulbs for the light over the table. 3 bulbs were out. Mold on the master shower. Carpets in the bedrooms were stained. The list goes on.

Amazing Vacation
We loved this place! The view was fantastic and everything was even better than advertised. If you are looking to be pampered and to relax, this is the place to go. If you hate luxury, stay away...lol. The only minor concerns we had were that four light bulbs were out, one remote control had dead batteries in it and the AC broke near the end of our stay ( they fixed it within a few ours of our call), beyond those very minor situations, the place is really in a fantastic part of Florida where you can go out to eat ( just drive 10-20 minutes), travel to Orlando when you want or Daytona or St. Augustine to visit a plethera of places, or, if you choose just stay at the beach or at their wonderful pool and order beverage after beverage in the warm Florida sun.

We rented 363 and 364 for a joint family holiday vacation. Both units were well appointed, had everything we needed, an unbelievable view and a great location. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice family getaway or even just for golfers, as the course was great! The rental agents were terrific as well. No complaints at all. It was all we could have asked for!

Simply put - AMAZING!!
I booked 3 rooms for my group of 18 and it was the perfect amount of space for each person/couple to sleep extremely comfortably. Each room had its own unique theme and layout which resulted in our personal creation of a quiet room, hangout room and eating room. Everything exceeded our expectations- the room itself, the view, the amenities, the beach. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing mini vacation! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Holiday Weekend
We stayed over for the long Labor Day weekend. We were 2 families of 5 adults and 3 children. The condo was very nice and clean. The accommodations were perfect for our group. The kids and the adults enjoyed the beach, pool, and the children's water area. This is a perfect place for families!

We have stayed in this unit before. There were a few things broken last year and they were still not fixed this year. Ceiling fan in mst bdr. We had to buy our own batteries for all of the remotes.

First time visiting Palm Coast and everything was great. The penthouse was extremely roomy and clean...the view from the balcony just awesome. All of the recommendations for things to do and places to eat were outstanding.

Very Nice Get Away!
Loved the View! During our stay, it was in March and it was a unusual cold FL this year so it was a little cold on the Balcony the way it faces. But put a little wrap around you, and grab your coffee or Cocoa, and you are SET! ;)

Beautiful Golf & Ocean View Condo
Have stayed in past years and always enjoy it. Top floor has beautiful view and high ceilings. Overall property is well maintained throughout community. Unit could use some sprucing as some of the furniture/decor looks a bit worn. However, we had a wonderful time playing lots of golf, hosting our guests, visiting our favorite spots in St. Augustine, Palm Coast, and Daytona.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Cinnamon Beach area the only thing I got a little frustrated with is having to pay toll every time we went to eat or to the area that caused you to go over bridge. It was beautiful and had a great vacation.Will diffently be back.

We were disappointed that we didn't get any sun on our balcony and wish we would have known that we would have been able to know that in advance. Especially because it was so cold we really couldn't be outside much.

We had a wonderful time. We had the pool and the beach almost all to ourselves. The zero entry pool was great for my 2 & 4 year old. The 4 year old loved the mini water park. We had great weather (warmer then normal for late October). St. Augustine is a short drive away and a good place to go for the day.
