Great location near downtown Marquette. Lovely and clean home. Very accommodating with my pup with a fenced-in yard. All the amenities you need. Great place to come back to and put your feet up after a long day of exploring the UP. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I stayed at this apartment rental with my husband and our dog. It was a great fit for the three of us. Allison was very friendly and available at any time if you need to communicate with her. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice that the living room area has a door that can be closed in case someone wants to sleep in there so they can have their privacy. The shared yard was really nice and our dog enjoyed running around. It's a great house close to walking into town, plenty of things to do and do without having to get in the car which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment was okay. The bathroom was very small, so caution, if you're a larger person. It was clean and well accommodated, there were many amenities. The kitchen was huge. The patio area looked nice, but it was awkward because the owner lives upstairs and was outside every time we were there. The whole premise of Vrbo is that you have the whole house to yourself and that made it awkward. She was very friendly, but we wanted to be alone. The garbage cans were outside the kitchen door which I believe led to a large population of large flies in the house. We were told we wouldn't have to prak on the street, this was not the case, and more than once there was no parking on the street by the house. It's an older neighborhood with lots of cars parked on the street.

We were happy with our stay. It was in a very convenient location and was supplied with all items needed for a enjoyable stay. The only negative was a very small bathroom with no place to put cosmetics while getting ready. Not a big deal for most people. Would recommend for up to two people.

We were in Marquette for a funeral and loved being to walk to meet family, restaurants, and sightsee. The home was cozy and kitchen was great. Allison was a lovely host.

I can not recommend Allison’s Oak Street home enough!! The last four years we have visited MQT for one week with our 2 dogs and Allison’s home is hands down our favorite place to stay! Her place is extremely clean, spacious, had everything you could possibly need, a beautiful backyard, and the best location! A close walk to everything but far enough where you cannot hear any of the downtown street noise. We have already booked our annual weekly trip for 2024! We cannot wait to come back! Good sized apartment on first floor of a two story older home. Fully stocked. Newer kitchen. We only gave it 4 stars because there was a strong musty smell in the apartment that we did not like.

It was a bit musty, and maybe previous 4 legged guests had accidents on the rug. But it was not overwhelming and a fair trade to be able to stay somewhere that allows us to travel with our pet. The bed was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It was perfect for us

Allison was a great host! Good communication leading up to check in and she helped accommodate some specific requests- which was so greatly appreciated. We were so comfortable and enjoyed the backyard with the pups a bit. Strong Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, great space to spread out but also feel super cozy. Walking distance to downtown with great coffee shops and brewery less than 5 min walk. Allison’s place will be the first check every time we come back in to town! Thank you for having us!

My husband and stayed for a weekend while visiting our daughter who attends NMU. The home was perfectly clean and very charming with a great kitchen and everything you'd need. We were able to walk everywhere in Marquette. Allison had very easy check-in instructions and instructions for our stay. We would definitely stay again!!

Great location, very clean and charming! We came from down state to celebrate Easter with my daughter and a few of her friends who attend NMU and could not make it home for the holiday. Plenty of room for us to host Easter dinner and well equipped with everything we needed. Allison was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. We had a great time and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Very comfortable. The bed was like a cloud and we used the pull out too. Also very nice. We were happy with the well stocked kitchen! A lot of nice art work. All the plants were wonderful too. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our weekend stay, great location 2 blocks away from 3rd Street. Quiet location with nice upgrades to the lower level apartment.

Allison: You did just a wonderful job with the design and layout of the property. The way you added the glass doors to the LR which gives the occupant in the sofa bed some privacy and so that the other person in the bedroom can access the kitchen without disturbing the LR occupant is well-thought-out. Your decorative touches with the stained-glass doors and the string lights around the front porch at night are particularly well done. My wife loved them. In fact, she said she wants to stay next year and the boys can find another place to stay. Warm Regards, Richard
