Enjoyed the pool the house and convenience to the beach. Just need a mop and mat when you walk in to kitchen from pool. Will definitely book again.

No beach view but only a couple minute walk. Pool very clean and warm. House clean. Easy check in and check out. Walkable to a couple restaurants. Parking is more for only two vehicles. Watch the steps upstairs. Two of us fell. No major injuries tho. Hous is definately worth renting. Would rent again

This was our second year in this home, and our 5th year on the island. We have truly enjoyed working with SPI Rentals. Service is always prompt and staff so very courteous. This year Joey, from maintenance, came promptly to fix the start button on the washing machine. He was so wonderful by staying and taking time to show this 67 year old how to look for live stations on the tv. Even though this tv didn't have the spectrum app, he showed me how to find all the amazing shows available.
We will always go through SPI Rentals for our renting needs. Thanks for another great January and February! See you next year!

The house is in an excellent location, but we did find a couple of things wrong that needs to be addressed to get a better rating. First of all, the refrigerator, basically needs a new one, ice maker didn't work, shelves are broken, duct tape holding on the front of ice dispenser. Only other issue is that the back door lock doesn't work properly. But other than those 2 issues, the ac works great, easy check in, and close to everything. Would possible rent again if the issues are fixed.
