Un balcone privato piastrellato permette di prendere in splendida vista del lago, mare, e la piscina, che viene riscaldata durante l'inverno. La camera matrimoniale è un rifugio tropicale con un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno principale è stato completamente ristrutturato e la nostra nuova cabina doccia invita a rilassarsi! La seconda camera ha un due letti singoli e nello studio è un letto matrimoniale.
Potrete godere di ogni momento del vostro tempo qui e desiderio di tornare il momento di partire! Troverete tutto qui, quindi tutto quello che dovete fare è portare i vestiti e stabilirsi in! Idealmente situato nel cuore di St. Augustine Beach. Ottimo accesso alla spiaggia a Pier Park, che comprende: pallavolo, bocce, pesca, surf, prendere il sole, e un parco spruzzata. Mercoledì scorso il molo ospita il mercato Farmer`s e musica dal concerto di mare in serata. Diversi negozi e ristoranti locali sono anche facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

We were very happy with the property and location. It has everything you need. Unfortunately having 4 kids under 8 made for angry neighbors who claimed the kids were running and jumping. We did our best to constantly remind them to be quiet especially in the morning and at night. Our efforts didn't appear to be enough so we did our best to not spend much time in the location overall. Very frustrating.

This property is beautiful. Love the location and the view from the condo. Our adult sons stayed with us, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was well stocked, with about anything you would need. The beds were so comfortable, and so nice to have a TV in every room. Would definitely stay again if we come back to St. Augustine.

The condo was beautiful and very well stocked with basic essentials! We loved the view from the balcony and the location. I appreciated the beach toys avaliable to use with the kid. The area was great and the people around were also very friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Thank you!

We had an issue our first night, contacted management the next day and they accommodated us and the rest of our stay was a breeze. Thank you for helping us enjoy our stay. Can't say enough about how awesome management was to our issue and their customer service is outstanding. Will definitely use and recommend you to all our friends and family.

Excellent place to stay
We have stayed at several places in St. Augustine, but this one was the best yet. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the convenience of the elevator! Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the unit was clean. Will definitely be back.

Overall this is a great property in the most perfect location and within walking distance to so many great restaurants, snack places and fun family spots like the pier. The beach is literally directly across the street and offers a family everything they could want or need including a water park for the kids. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be returning on the next annual St. Augustine trip. The only issue we had was that 1 of the TVs was broken and we were told they would come take a look but nobody ever showed or followed up.

So full of all of the apartment accoutrements that you might want to find in an apartment of this type. You really only need to bring your clothes and toiletries.
I would pass on to other parents coming with younger children that the apartment is well stocked with many of the beach and pool toys that kids love to play with. There are loads of towels and a beach mat as well.

a very nice condo
My daughter and I had only 1 complaint and that was when after a long day at a funeral, we were locked out of the gate at 10:30 PM. Our gate code just didn't work. It took 3 phone calls and 2 messages to get someone on the phone on the emergency line. It was 11:30 before we finally were able to get in.

Lovely condo across from the beach. Lots of beach towels and essentials already in the condo which was nice. Loved the balcony to sit and relax in the morning and the evening.

Wonderful getaway
The place was very clean and well stocked with essentials (towels, appliance, dishes/ utensils, detergents, etc). Beds were extremely comfortable. Great location and nice community. Across the street from the beach and 5-10 minute trip to downtown. The only negative is the WiFi was not usable (so everyone had to use data plan for the week). Overall the place was great and had a great week away.

Perfect Beach Stay
We had a great stay at this property. It was us and 2 teen boys, so the 3 bedrooms were a big plus. Very clean and we'll kept. Quick walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. We appreciated the tons of beach towels and beach toys, etc. No need to travel with beach needs. TV in each room also a nice plus. Balcony was a perfect place for coffee or cocktails. Nice and quiet complex. Pool is not huge, but was clean and heated. We would definitely stay again.

Great beach house
We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there were many small amenities that made our stay so comfortable (coffee filters, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc). The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was excellent for our children! Our kids also really enjoyed the water feature on the property. The balcony has a great view and lots of seating, I highly recommend this condo.

Lovely
If we had know in elevator I had a time it would’ve been nice since this condo was on the third floor it was only after we called about the difficulty that we had with the television system and we found out that there was an elevator. As we both were over seven days this was a bit of a hardship on us to get all of our possessions into the condo. The condo is lovely the property manager responded right away with our difficulty with the TV. The sunrises are beautiful the closest to the beach was great. It was a beautiful condo. I would stay there again . Jan

Perfect Location!
We've stayed in multiple places along St. Augustine beach over the years. In my opinion, this location can' be beat. It is close to restaurants, across the street from the pier, and real close to Beach Blvd where you access the beach via 4x4. The views are great, you can see and hear the ocean. It was very clean and had everything we needed to have a beautiful week! We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome time
The condo met ALL my expectations and more. It was very clean, and had plenty of space for 6 people. It was furnished very well and had everything including beach towels available to use, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything I use in my own home. I cannot think of one item we needed during our 6 night stay. They have a book with instructions for every question one may ask, down to how to use the remotes for the TVs. It even recommended various restaurants and places to visit, as well. It is across the street from the beach which was not a problem at all, less than a 5 minute walk and your in the water. I would definitely book it again if I’m in the area. It was a wonderful place to stay while visiting the city.

Large, Clean, Great Location
Great condo in a quiet gated community. Communication with management staff was top notch as any questions were answered quickly with a text. The condo is very nice with a great balcony to see the ocean and view of pool and pond.
My family of 6 fit nicely in here and were happy there were beach toys and beach chairs for us to use. The elevator made stocking up easy, but we took the stairs often to burn off the great food at the nearby restaurants.
Great location, great condo, great pool, great area. You'll be happy you stayed here.

Beautiful location and appartment
Our family stayed here over the July 4th holiday and were very pleased with the location and amenities. Having a washer/dry in the unit was a great convince with having kids in our group. The size of the unit was perfect for our group, with a large master suit and two good sized guest rooms. Finding a splash pad across the street at the pier was a super bonus and made the kids VERY happy. And being located next to the Salt Life restaurant was another unexpected bonus. And finally, the view from the balcony was beautiful. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Relaxing Beach Stay
Sparkling clean. Beautifully kept condo. Had everything we needed, for cooking, for the pool & for family time. Great central location to see all of St Augustine. Publix just 2 miles down beach A1A. Looking forward to booking again for next year.

Generally well stocked and clean.Bath towels were old. Pool and clubhouse were out of service .
The email communication pre-check in was excellent. Property owners responded to emails within 24 hours.Check in was easy and nearby to rental property. Pool and clubhouse was closed during entire stay.Construction noise could be heard from outside balcony.There was strong odors of dog defecate on common ground areas around the pond.The unit itself was very clean and well stocked.
