This property lived up to our expectations. It was exactly as the photos looked. Very comfortable and a great place for the family to relax after a day out. Close to an ABC Store and only minutes to the shops & restaurants. We had no problems but it was nice to know that we had a contact ph. no. to ring if we required anything. Street noise was loud at times but we had no problems sleeping.

The suite was very nice and comfortable.
My only issue is that due to a set of un-insulated glass double doors that lead out to a street side staircase, the suite was extremely loud with traffic related noise.

The condo was spacious for the six of us. The property manager, James, is a 5 star employee and super fantastic. He answered our questions and assisted on a couple issues with the condo promptly. We managed with only one bathroom. There was a hotel restroom (public) across from our room on the mezzanine level that we were also able to use as well. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher to sanitize the dishes/cookware between guests. It was a pleasure to work with Captain Cook Resorts when making the reservation. They were very helpful and check in/check out instructions were clearly stated. The condo is located within walking distance of Waikiki which was very nice for shopping and restaurants. No resort or parking fees which is a huge plus!The hotel provided a manager's wine and cheese reception and activities (i.e. lei making) to their guests. It was just right outside our door on the mezzanine level. However, when we showed up, we were informed that we were not a guest of the hotel. We were considered a "private resident." A little awkward and wished we were informed by the rental company. We would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Location is everything. Right in centrally Waikiki walking to everything. Beautiful clean pool with a solid gym. Wine and cheese with Hawaiian music was a nice surprise. Only drawback is one bathroom for the 3 bedrooms. The condo is large with everything you need for a great time together including bbqs available on the pop deck.

This 3 bedroom Apartment was a rare find in Waikiki. Excellent location.
It appears to be a converted Law office so the entrance is through glass doors and there are no windows to the outside.
However it served 6 adults well. Large rooms and good space for us all. Would recommend for a larger family group so you can all be together and not in separate hotel rooms.

Our stay was for a short time to visit the sights on Oahu. Rental was as photos showed, only thing was it was on the 2nd floor right over the entrance. You could hear all the noise from other guests coming in and from the street. The glass doors were taped off to the entrance.

We were there for a soccer tournament, so it would have been nice to have laundry in the unit. Also a dishwasher, would be a great addition to the kitchen. Otherwise, the location was great and nice space to entertain a few team members.

Our family throughly enjoyed the Luana Waikiki M350 condo. The condo was 3 bedroom and very spacious. The family loved the atmosphere. The location was close to the Waikiki beach that we enjoyed very much. We were able to walk to nearby shopping on the strip. Loved Kate Spade, Jimmy Choo, Roxy’s, and more. The Island Coffee and the Cheese Cake Factory were a favorite destination.

Loud and needs work
This is an office building that has been converted into a 3bedroom hotel. The living room is incredibly noisy and you can hear every sound. There are several leaks and one actually needed to be fixed while we were there because water was about to start gushing out. I would not recommend this place nor would I ever stay here again.

The condo was so awesome! Easy check-in, great location, cool decor, spacious and clean! Really couldn’t have asked for more for our vacation in waikiki!
