This condo was very clean. Loved that they had several DVDs/games/beach toys for the kids. We had an issue with the main television screen the 1st night of stay, messaged the property manager and the next day he had a new TV put in. Would definitely re-book with them.

The property was as listed, and we had no issues. The only reason I only gave 4 star for cleanliness is because the bedroom carpets are pretty worn, and I would recommend they are due for replacement.

The views from the master bedroom and living room are so relaxing and beautiful. It is a great condominium for relaxing and going to the beach. We used the hot tub and indoor pool each night. The game room was fun and we enjoyed some foosball. The beach looks like it goes on forever and is so close to the building. The condo is so close to the ocean that you hear the waves from inside and taste the salt when you relax in the comfortable chairs outside. The condo is located on a main strip and it is easy to find. The owner is very responsive and does his best to ensure your trip is enjoyable and meets expectations. I contacted him the day before we were to arrive to let him know I had an extra guest and he was responsive and offered to purchase another bracelet to use the amenities. The only downside was the elevators went down for most of one day and it is a lot of stairs to get to the 9th floor.

The condo was great! It was spacious, beautiful, and super clean. Communication through the whole process from booking to renting with David was quick and efficient. The home is stocked with family games and movies, which we loved. The location is perfect- right on the beach. We’d stay here again and I highly recommend it to others!

Condo is exceptionally beautiful, very clean and maintained meticulously!! Well appointed with all the comforts of home! Owner communication was beyond excellent, you can really tell they care about their guests! The ocean views are incredible, we would stay here again in a minute! Also felt very safe here, A++++++ owners and condo!

Condo was great. Loved the view. I’ve never stayed that high but really enjoyed it. I like the decor and the layout of the kitchen. One of the elevator's broke so there were times the wait for one was long. It was out for most of the visit. Other than that stay was wonderful.

Our unit was clean and well-equipped. Our host was responsive and friendly. The only downfall was that one elevator was under maintenance so we often had to wait a long time for an elevator to take us to the 9th floor. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great family vacation at this location! The condo was beautiful and as expected, parking was less congested than places we have previously stayed, and it was within walking distance of several restaurants/shopping. The property owner even checked in with us as we were on our way and again to assure we were able to check in okay which we really appreciated.

The condo was very clean and as pictured. It was much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It had everything we needed and the extended balcony with different seating options was wonderful. David was wonderful to work with and quick to answer any questions that we had. The only negative I can say, and it’s just a personal preference, is that it would be nice to have a rug or mat against the wall for shoes when you first enter the condo. We will definitely recommend this condo and look forward to booking it again.

Our unit was wonderful for 4 adults! Pictures posted represented every detail of the condo, so we were not disappointed. Plus, our host was extremely kind and helpful!

The condo was beautiful! Beach access was great and the pools were fun at night. The only cons were that neither of the balcony sliding glass doors locked! There was no way to secure them at all. This made us extremely nervous with a 4 year old (we were on the 9th floor) We also had to supply our own disposable items like trash bags and toilet paper. Other than that, the condo was clean and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful condo. So clean, elegantly decorated right down to the salt and pepper shakers. Beautiful balancing overlooking the gulf with so much sunshine space. We hope to stay here every year or buy the property from the owner! Highly recommend. The only challenge we encountered was that one of the elevators at the complex was not working. This made for long wait times. This was of course no reflection of the owner if the condo.

We mostly stay at West Beach & this is our favorite place. Location is good & close to our favorite restaurant Desotos. Walking in the neighborhood is fun.

Overall the condo was great. The only disappointment was that the 2nd bedroom window faced a wall on the walkway so blinds needed to be closed at all times and there was no natural light.

My sisters and I annually get away together. This year we rented this condo and enjoyed time on the beach. Had a blast! This was our first time renting a condo together so our favorite part was being under the same roof, preparing meals together. We enjoyed everything and couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This condo looked just like the photos. It was very well equipped with everything you would need for your vacation. It has a coffee pot and a Keurig machine which is awesome!
It has beach toys and board games for your family!
The condo did smell like cigarette smoke when we arrived, which that isn’t the owners fault, just the previous renters that do not follow the rules of the condo.
The pool was closed until 6 every day because of construction which stunk because you could not get in the ocean because of the jellyfish and sharks. Again none of that is anyones fault just more of downer.
The only real issue with condo was the bed. Everyone stated that the bed was comfortable but it was not. It is very hard and bouncy. Other than that the condo is perfect.

The perfect place for our family to stay. Oceanfront but centralized. Many restaurants within walking distance. The only negative: there are only 2 elevators and on days where there are a lot of people coming and/or going at times the wait can be very long.

Condo was great! Just like the pictures showed! Property manager was excellent to work with when we needed another night stay! Definitely would recommend to other people!

Cutely decorated, plenty of room for a family, nice overall amenities . Only real problem we had is the community pool is small and run down, hot tub stuck on boiling hot and the lights didn’t work at night even though it’s suppose to be open until 11pm. The view from this unit is perfect, the beach was wonderful and a close walk. We all agreed we’d like to come back to this unit, hoping the condo as a whole fixes the pool.

The property was clean and just like described online. Perfect get away for the wife and I. We always enjoy Crystal Shores/Crystal Shores West and the Pier 33 (convenience store) right across the street because I always forget something! Go ahead and book it! You won’t regret it
