The location was great. We enjoyed several beach days. We stayed with another couple and it was a tight space even with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It had a rustic beach cottage feel. We had to go buy some saute pans because the ones there were not usable. It was nice that there were some beach chairs we were able to use. We also used the grill but we had to clean it up a bit first. The property could use an overall deep clean, but the location was so phenomenal that we could overlook the other shortfalls. Check in was smooth. Parking was good. Furniture felt crowded.

Major complaint was no outside lighting at main entrance and stairs of Unit 4. As an old building more electrical outlets were needed. I think it might have been a church at onetime. The pool was the size of a baptismal pool. Besides all the quirks the location is wonderful and a good time was had by all.

You can't beat this location. The view from our balcony/deck was as good as it gets. White sand and the ocean. Sunsets with cocktails in hand. We really enjoyed this unit. It's all about the beach, that's what makes this a great choice for the money. It's a beach cottage, a little funky, and sure, it could use some updates, but that's not why we love it. We love the view and the location. We would totally go back again. We rented cruiser bikes to get up and down the island, that's the best way to travel while on the island. The auto traffic is conjested, so bike or walk is best.

The apartment was immaculate and well-stocked. The balcony overlooking the beach was a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunset and watch the surf. A shared patio had plenty of lounge chairs and tables.

The Perfect beach getaway, that is close to everything. The apartment was as described, with a charcoal barbecue.

Directly on the beach, which is why I booked this property.
Property was clean, but needs remodeling in some areas.
Outside lounge chairs were ripped and definitely need to be replaced ASAP.
CAN’t operate one bedroom fan without the other bedroom fan turning on. Could also use outside and some inside paint work.
Beds were very comfortable along with the rest of the furniture.
We did have a WiFi/Cable problem the first day but was corrected on our second day.
Anything we needed, Management was on top of it.
Over all a nice mini vacation.

The bedrooms were small but who cares! The beach and sunset were beautiful! We loved sitting on the deck in the evening taking in the view!

Location location location!!! This place was the perfect getaway for complete relaxation! We made it work with a family of 5. Next time a bigger unit would suit us better. Also, keep in mind the beach supplies are first come first serve. We arrived on a Wednesday night, so we didn’t think there were any and wound up buying them. When other tenants checked out on Saturday, we learned there
were plenty. Otherwise, highly recommend and would love to stay here again!!

This unit is steps from the beach. Wonderful views from the bedroom, living room and porch. It had everything we needed.

Upon check in dishwasher had 2" water that had a very strong sewage smell, resolved next day. Apparently unit next to us had same problem. Wooden blinds on door to beach broken and held together with scotch tape which did not provide privacy for person sleeping on pull out sofa - was not resolved during our stay. Door was not able to lock first night, swung all night from wind - resolved next day. One of the units being used had their entire wedding party there on multiple nights, partying until dawn, playing loud music, shouting, swimming in pool fully dressed after pool closed, many restless and sleepless nights for others staying here. Property manager was out of the country, response time very delayed. Was able to connect to someone else - they certainly care and tried to resolve some of these issues, but very unfortunate that we endured several sleepless nights due to all night partying from other guests.

Right on the beach. Walk out the door and you are there. Had everything you needed to stay and cook. Everything worked fine and was in good order. Plan to go back again.

This property is very unassuming from the outside, but they make great use of the space they have. The view is incredible, it's is directly on the beach and so perfect! I will definitely stay here again.

Owner was very responsive to questions. Unit was clean and neat - exactly like the pictures. Location was perfect for us. Right on the Gulf and within walking distance of Bridge Street. Very happy with our stay. Only item that could be better is the mattress in our room(was a bit lumpy) but overall a great place and I would recommend it!

This is right on the beach. Loved watching sunsets from the deck. Loved sitting on beach all day and coming by in to eat lunch. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of towels and linens. Ate at Gulf side Cafe several times good food and views. Apartment needed a few maintenance issues but was assured they were fixing it when we left. W/ D not working and pool dirty. Great information about check in, parking info in email but would have liked recommended beach umbrella rentals, restaurants, etc. The giant table in the living area was too big for the space and restricted comfortable gathering. Overall the beach, beach, beach is worth everything.

Superb location and view
Great small accommodation. We stayed for 3 nights with 2 adults and two kids; stayed any longer and it would feel a little claustrophobic. Hi ou can’t knock the view! Straight out onto the beach. Loved the island vibe and the sunsets. Totally recommend for a short stay for 4 or longer for two people. Mattress could do with being replaced- like sleeping on a jellyfish. Nice and clean with all the amenities you could need.

Excellent Beach Access
