This house was a perfect house for a family/friends weekend away. The house was very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone.

We stayed with our friends during skiing trip. House is spacious for everyone to enjoy privacy and spendi g time together. Close to Loveland ski are and all Georgetown restaurants.

This house was amazing. We had a great time, it was more than large enough for 4 adults and 6 kids. The pictures don't do it justice. It was very nice and we don't have any complaints at all.

Frank was very responsive and supportive during our stay. The house was well maintained and we absolutely loved the relaxing time we had around the town.
We were stuck during the winter storm and Frank let.us extend our stay during the storm - I really love the hospitality and Would love to come back!
His local food and activity recommendations were also on point!!! :)

Great home for 7 adult sisters & our dad as a base for exploring the mountains! Plenty of room to spread out (sleeping & solo time) & also to be together (at meals, in the hot tub, walks from the property). Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We loved our accommodations. The hot tub was amazing. Frank was quick to respond to questions before and after our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone that loves lots of space, beautiful scenery, a quaint town, and Darla, the neighbor’s dog.

Great base of operations for exploring the Rockies. Rafting and hiking close by as well as the quaint town of Georgetown. MORE than enough space for our small group of 5. Would def stay again. Frank is a great host.

We really enjoyed our stay in Georgetown. This home is beautiful and gave our 7 guests plenty of their own space. Frank had the home stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and perfect for the cool evenings. We will definitely keep this home in mind for our future trips to Georgetown.

Great house for a group of friends or family. Plenty of beds for all. House was supplied with plenty of towels and kitchen had any and all appliances you could think of. Would definitely stay again. Great central location to hiking Grays and Torreys as well as mount Evans.

This property was amazing for our families skiing party. There were plenty of beds and space. The property manager was local and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is a fantastic value. Plenty of space. We had 7 people but could easily have had more. Very inviting, lots of light. It's just at the beginning of Saxon Mountain Road which makes it feel secluded but not so far up that it's a pain to get to. Has all the fun stuff...pool table, hot tub, wood burning stove. And a very attentive and responsive owner. Georgetown is fantastic...off the radar with nice restaurants and very real, historical character. Loveland ski area is the same...real Colorado skiing, no frills, no crowds, and plenty of skiing above tree line. Can't recommend enough.

Frank was a very gracious host and made the check in and amenities overview process very smooth. This is a great spot for a group and Frank did an excellent job in all areas. Highly recommend!

I had some friends come in town for a ski weekend. We found this house and it looked perfect online! The owner was very informative and sent check-in instructions in advance. He shared that he would also check in on the hot tub to insure safe use throughout the stay. My group loved the house and the accommodations. If I am looking for another ski trip in the future, I would love to book this house again! 10/10

This property has everything you need and want! It’s comfortable and cozy, and tons of space to spread out on all 3 levels with different hang out areas! The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you need to cook a full meal for all the guests! It was easy and comfortable to stay here, everything was clean and easy to find! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to ski at Loveland!

This property was amazing! for a group of six it was way more than enough space. It had so many kitchen items, such as pots, pans, dishes, cups, spices, and even food that could be used to be cooked. The hot tub was great!
The internet was a bit slow at times but who needs the internet when you are there to bond with your friends! But It might be more difficult for digital nomads.
The hosts were also very helpful. They came to make sure to put fresh water in the hot tub and make sure everything was okay.
Besides that, I would gladly stay again! This place is great!

This was a great VRBO. So much room , lots of activities. Frank the owner was so awesome and very quick to respond to questions. Frank has literally thought of everything that you could need during your stay. This cabin retreat is perfect for a big family . I highly recommend this place and I will absolutely be back.

We had 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog and this house was so perfect for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is huge and the 2 tables for dining were awesome.

My guests and I were blown away by the amount of space and amenities of the home. For once, the pictures do not capture how large the home appears in person - in particular the open living/dining space. Frank has gone out of his way to make the guests stay comfortable with all of the small details (soaps & shampoos, coffee, small appliances, etc.). We lacked for nothing, and the extra care and attention shows. Beautiful home in a charming mountain town.

We wanted a mountain getaway where we could bring our dogs and this place delivered! Super close to the lake and the town. Lots of room for everyone - we enjoyed the hot tub and playing billards. We really appreciated having the garage space to load and unload everything. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet too.

We had a wonderful time with our adult children in this great home. With trails outside the door and plenty of space to curl up with a book inside, we enjoyed the best of both experiences. The home was clean and wonderfully appointed. The host was very responsive, even keeping the hummingbird feeder full. The only downside was the noise from I-70, which runs through the same valley. After the first night, however, the sound faded into the background. We would certainly stay there again.

Wonderful
We had a lovely relaxing time celebrating my sister’s birthday. The house is perfect for a relaxing time with family. Frank is a terrific host & made kind accommodations for my sister & her wheelchair. We hope to come back next year.

Best house ever
We rent a house in Georgetown every summer. The entire family thought this was the best house we have ever rented. So spacious… all the windows, it was fabulous. We were very impressed with the care Frank payed to the property. Checking the chemicals in the hot tub every day.

Homey rustic property with nice views. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Do be aware that the driveway to this property is steep and the one lane road that proceeds it which leads to a trail head is not for the faint of heart.
