Splendidi giardini paesaggistici circondano questo romantico edificio in stile spagnolo recentemente rinnovato e questa struttura in stile boutique dispone solo di 8 appartamenti distinti che sono stati completamente rinnovati nel 2017.
L'obiettivo era di mantenere un occhio attento a preservare l'aspetto originale, e la vecchia cucina, le finestre a ghigliottina e altre caratteristiche che rendono unica questa proprietà sono ancora intatte.
Questo appartamento è stato arredato con gusto con tutti i comfort moderni, nuovi elettrodomestici, TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e camere da letto, accesso wireless e disponibilità di Netflix, Roku, notizie e molto altro ancora.

Wonderful place to stay! Close to historic district, shopping, and fine dining. The rental property is beautiful and the surrounding property is gorgeous. The owner checked to see if everything was ok. This is our second time at this property and we plan on making this our place to stay in St. Augustine!

This is the most amazing place to stay.. I truly couldn’t believe how nice it was for the price. It is close to the historic district and a few restaurants. Be sure to check out “One twenty three burger house”. Great !!! Just a few blocks away The place was so clean and cozy, the host was the very best at communicating, the kitchen was all the we needed and oh… the parking… FREE and great wide spaces. We will most definitely stay again. Just amazing!!!

Very cute place, everything was just as listed. It was close to town and also to the winery and chocolate factory. Loved that there were 2 parking spots. The area was well lit and felt safe walking back at night. The owner provided timely, accurate information and responded quickly to my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great quiet location but access to the town is easy to walk, house was clean and had sufficient towels etc for 3 adults over a 4 day stay. Parking free in St Augustine is a huge bonus and thus cones with 2 parking slots.
