The house was more than we expected and made our stay very comfortable. We were amazed at the rooms and amenities. The amount of supplies were tremendous. I would recommend this property to anyone. It made our visit to thw USAFA special. Thank you Wendell for everything.

Had a wonderful stay and couldn’t ask for more in a rental. It was the cleanest and best stocked I have ever stayed in! The hot tub was also a plus. The entire family commented how nice it was. We would definitely stay there again.

Thumbs up! This was a family stay of 8 people and there was still plenty of room. Back yard was great and we really enjoyed grilling and the fireplace. The owners were great from the start. Very agreeable and accommodating. As an example: we asked where the best place to get some firewood would be; then a barrel of wood and firestarter show up.For us, the location was good. Close to grocery stores, etc... so we could get everything we needed, but it is a bit of a drive from downtown Colorado Springs and the majority of the tourists sites. To be clear, not an issue for us at all, but if you are looking to be directly downtown, that's not Peyton. In summary, we enjoyed our stay greatly. Of a place that is all positives, the backyard is the winner. We spent the majority of our time there. Would recommend!
