Questa casa è grande per una famiglia numerosa. Situato in posizione strategica vicino a tutte le attività del centro e alla spiaggia. L'ingresso di livello inferiore si apre su un'area salotto dove si trovano 2 camere da letto, un bagno e una lavanderia. BR1 è un maestro con un letto king size, TV, il petto per il tuo abbigliamento da spiaggia e una panchina ai piedi del letto. BR2 ha 2 letti singoli e accesso al ponte posteriore. The property was in a good neighborhood, as always with Port Aransas. I believe it must be between remodels, however. The downstairs was great, and you could tell it had been fixed up, but the upstairs was very dated and the furniture and cabinets were needing some love. There were pieces of the peel and stick wall covering missing, cabinet doors hanging off the hinges, etc. (pictured) Not a bad property, but not top notch, as I’ve come to expect from Life In Paradise properties.

The house was large and spacious. It is near all the downtown activities and not too far from the beach. It has a very nice large fenced yard, and a lovely deck space. It is on a very busy street so traffic noise is a thing. Had a very strong unusual odor during our stay, like they were covering something up with a deodorant. The house was up for sale at the time. The staircase inside is dangerously low, you have to be careful or you will bump your head, which several of us did lol. The downstairs bathroom is spacious with a nice shower, but poorly lit, partially due to some lights being out. Overall a good value for money, especially for a larger group.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:This house was perfect for our annual anniversary trip with hubby and our 10lb min pin!! From the booking (Sebastian & Brenda are rock stars 🙂) to when we checked out everything was smooth! Also we booked our 6 seat GC from LiP so it made it even easier. I am a previous property manager so my standards are high. When we got there, I wiped down most surfaces with my own Clorox wipes and to my delight they all came up clean!! They told me they thoroughly clean between guests in light of the current circumstances. They were right!! It was clean and since I have a compromised immunity that really put my mind at ease. I was also a good renter by giving them until 4:30 and didn’t push to get in earlier in order to give them adequate time to clean. The A/C was great in all rooms. The kitchen is well stocked and I loved the front 2nd floor outdoor patio ...I would sit out there in the morning drinking coffee and my min pin loved looking at the people and carts going by. I was initially worried about her being able to squeeze through the slats but they were perfectly spaced and she was able to put her head through to see better but there was no way that she could fall. Backyard has a great large smoker but previous renters left ashes 😡. Come on man...clean up after yourselves and don’t be wankers!!! We used the smoker as we already knew it was there & brought our own wood/charcoal for ribs one night and we left it clean for the next renters!! Downstairs has a huge master bedroom with King bed and a remodeled shower and dual vanity. The downstairs is visibly newer than the upstairs but the upstairs was still completely accommodating for our needs and everything worked and was again clean!!We will be back again!!
