The location is good enough for exploring the city. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a tram stop nearby.
The apartment also has a garage, which is very convenient if you're traveling by car, as you don't need to drive into the city center or pay for parking there.
I also found the price very reasonable for a family of four.
I was a bit surprised by the request to wash the dishes, empty the dishwasher, and take out the garbage before departure. Don't get me wrong - I don't mind doing these things, but it's not very convenient when you need to have breakfast, wash and put away the dishes, and check out of the apartment by 10am.
