me gusto todo, todo muy bien! Desayuno excelente, personal excelente, habitacion comoda, calida, puede descansar muy bien. Todo funcionaba a la perfeccion y la limpieza muy bien.

Location is good its in center of the city metro and bus stations are near by..

1. Staff are rude and insulted me, ( only 3 persons was respectful ).
2. The hotel tried to double th price on my room and the other guest room i booked, and raised the price.
3. Hotel promissed a promotion for good rates, so fake rates.
4. Electric is not working correctly.
5. The car i booked for the airport never showed up which made me arrive late and nearly missed my plane.
6. They refused to activate the room card for the stay and i had to activate it day by day as if i am a thief or something.
.... and many other things that would make me never return back there

Breakfast was good
Location was very helpful and suitable to achieve my goals
Rooms need to be updated and refurnished.
Respond and action of the housekeeper and maintenance was poor.

the room was quite and big enough, the bed was comfortable and so clean. the breakfast was amazing !
I prefer to lock my room door, but the lock was broken. the shower was not work properly.

I had a terrible headache, they were very helpful . They cleaned my room each day.
My room stated I would have a view. But pretty much it was the opposite building. 🥶

The location
I didn't like the staff ,, they weren't really friendly! The room has old furniture,, the corridor's lights keep turning off (on sensor) and I found it annoying
