My family had a wonderful time! It was a beautiful house and the beach was within walking distance.

This was our first time in Marina de Pietrasanta and we loved it! The location of this villa couldn't be better. We walked to fantastic restaurants and the sea. The villa is vintage, so don't expect a remodeled kitchen...but who wants to spend time in the kitchen when there are so many wonderful restaurants just a short walk away. Our adult kids loved the bicycles. Annalisa is available if you need anything.

Communication to owner was only via phone. Upon arrival the property was just as listed. Inside had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, not sure if this was mentioned in the listing. It was very early in the season so the apartment may have been closed up for while. Sad to say the washing machine was broken and smelled bad. We were counting on using it.
Overall the apartment met expectations for proximity to beach and night life. We would visit there again.
