Old Town dispone di numerosi ristoranti, bar per la degustazione di vini, coffee shop, tap room, boutique esclusive e un favoloso mercato domenicale aperto da ottobre a maggio.
Rinfrescante luminoso, pulito e recentemente ristrutturato 1650 mq / piano piano concetto open space con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni, piscina blu di raffreddamento e spa!
Inoltre, a pochi passi dalla casa è l'inizio del bellissimo sentiero "Bear Creek" e "Fred Wolf Preserve" che offre escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta, a piedi con una splendida vista sulle montagne di Santa Rosa. Troverete anche due parchi, campi da tennis e palestra

Stayed for a week for a Mother’s Day getaway with my infant, husband & Mom. We had a car but preferred walking in to town for getting out/dining out in the downtown area. The location was amazing and so close to many fav local restaurants & spots! Was nice to be able to park in the garage. House is well equipped with everything you would need for a stay! Communication with the owner was great.

Perfect for a small group. Located walking distance to Old Town. Pool and spa were perfect and a rare find with 4 full size bedrooms. Super easy communication with the owner. I would stay again!

Had a girls weekend trip at this amazing house and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space in the 4 bedrooms. For some reason we thought the pool would be situated in the back of the house but realized upon arrival that the pool is situated in the front yard of the house. There are privacy walls and thoughtful landscaping that quickly allowed us to fully enjoy the pool, equipped with pool accessories, Adirondack chairs that sit in the shallow area of the pool, sun umbrellas and chaise lounge chairs. The house is clean! I mean very clean and this was the first thing that struck all of us. It’s honestly the most important thing for me and if the cleanliness factor is not there or up to par with expectations the whole experience kinda goes down from there. Not so with this house. Olympia’s cleaning crew must be amazing. Appreciated clean sheets, comfy beds and the tasteful furniture and plentiful seating areas. Loved that the house is complete with smart tv with all the major streaming services so movie viewing was a cinch. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items you would normally find in your own home. Olympia was great and very responsive and we appreciated the option for a late check out which is pretty rare these days. We loved this place and I would totally return. Thanks Olympia! We all appreciated the cleanliness and overall quality of the house, furniture, decor, and well appointed kitchen (and private pool!).
