Location AMAZING!
Condo so cute & decorated, the balcony offered a beautiful morning view of blue waters, dolphins and white sands. Went to Panama City for the pier and many many stores! Also went to Rose Mary Beach, shops are nice but over priced and lots of traffic! I think the location was par none. Tony & Janet are great tenants and quick to answer anything. My 13 year old girls enjoyed the indoor pool on a cloudy morning but quickly came to beach and played volleyball with large groups of teens.. they had a blast waking a collecting many shells and sand castle contest! Tony, thank you for the beach accessory’s ( chairs & large umbrella ) saves money!

Very nice condo, clean and well stocked. Wonderful views of the sunrise and sunset. The A/C worked great but if you like to sleep with a fan make sure to pack one, there are not fans in the bedrooms. Tony was helpful and very responsive during our entire stay. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for hosting us!!

The property was exactly as described and was perfect for what we were looking for. The location was great as it was away from the crowds of both PCB and 30A. The beach wasn’t crowded and there was ample space for everyone. The pool served as a nice break from the sun with kids. I would certainly stay here again!

Beautiful views and everything you need in a condo; it was there. We donated a new umbrella as their wasn’t one during our visit. Great times!

The unit is nice. The overall building is old and smaller than others we have stayed. Beach is as close as you can get. Tennis and pickleball were nice to have on site.

If owner has another property, I'd rent from him in a heartbeat. Really great people who take care of their place. The building itself is not quite what we anticipated, but the unit is beautifully decorated and comfortable with incredible views. And the proximity to the beach and to 30a and PCB was great.

This condo is beautifully renovated and made for a wonderful extended weekend away with friends. Beds were comfortable, decor was very nice and beachy. Enjoyed that the space was clean and not cluttered.
The building it’s self is dated, but is typical of a older beach condo. Location was great and right on the beach. The view from both sides of the condo is great and we enjoyed relaxing on the quaint balcony.
Communication with host was smooth and timely. Highly recommend this condo for a wonderful vacation!

Great Condo/Location
This is our second year to stay at Pinnacle Port and Condo A720. Again it did not disappoint. The condo is very well taken care of and has everything you need. In addition, we appreciated the additional portable air conditioners. We will definitely be back!

Excellent family vacation spot!
Beautiful condo that was very well stocked. Great location that was not crowded at all even during the week of the 4th! Excellent communication with the host! 10/10

Had everything you needed
We had a very nice time at this condo, it was a good location, clean and well equipped.
However, we had some family staying in a nearby unit and they had a huge roach in the kitchen.

Another great stay at Pinnacle Port! We have stayed at this complex 3 times, this was our first in this particular unit. We thorougjly appreciated having two ocean view balconies . Would stay here again!

The condo is super clean, bedding and towels are so fresh:) beautiful views from the condo!
Communication with host was very timely and professional. Everything worked and we had a lovely family vacation! Definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely Condo with beautiful gulf views!
We had a great stay at Pinnacle Port in Tony's place! Everything was as pictured and described, check in was easy, and the furnishings were lovely. The host was very accommodating and the location right on the gulf was beautiful. This was our first time to the Florida Panhandle - we'll definitely be back!

The unit is as described although the floors were dirty. The master bath plug is not working properly. The building itself is very dingy. We chose for oceanfront view and overall location, which was great, but probably would not return because the building is not to our liking.

It was a bit chilly and very windy during our visit, so, in the morning, I could sit on the balcony off the master and still see the beach but not get blown away! Stunning Beach Views- Beautiful Decor- Secluded Resort!
Our family had a wonderful time vacationing at this beautiful property! The beach views were amazing, the complex is relaxed & secluded & the host is helpful & responsive! The decor was updated & spacious (lovely kitchen & bathrooms!) and the beach toys an added bonus for our customary sand castle! We especially enjoyed the sea life this visit- manta rays, crabs & fabulous shells! Thank you- we hope to return!
