The house was beautiful but with several issues.The main fireplace wasn't working properly. The master bathroom shower had writing on the glass doors that was visible until the shower got steaming. So it question the cleanliness of the restroom. Also the coffee maker was not working. Tried to contact point of contact person but answer. So had to go to Walmart and buy one. But other that we had a good time with family.

Your family enjoyed our Thanksgiving at Palmetto Moon. It was quiet and luxurious. The property was very thing it was described as and more. When we arrived, the lodge was clean and very thing was well maintained. We enjoyed playing ping pong and pool, the kids had a blast playing the old-time arcade games. I would recommend the property to anyone who needs a well-deserved get away.

Property was very spacious and beautiful! The separate rooms with each having your own bathroom was a big plus. Area was easy to find and there was plenty to do with all the games and the big patio out back. We had 5 Polaris razors with trailers and were able to park at property pretty easy. Highly recommend this unit!

Very nice cabin but did notice the smell of dog urine in the cabin and an occasional flea while sitting on couch but didn’t stop of from having a great time Cabin was well furnished with anything you might need especially the kitchen Our family spent most of the time on the huge deck enjoying the outdoors They were constructing a new water tower close to the property so we did have a lot of construction noise during the day

This cabin has it all! My favorite feature of the cabin is everything is on one level. You have a huge kitchen, huge sectional with TV and then on the other side of the fireplace is a poker table, foosball table, video game, and pool table. So the kids would hang out on the game side but they were still around the adults. Perfect family time! Also, each bedroom had its own bathroom... very nice! Lots of room! The company was responsive to my requests. We will 100% stay here again!

We had a great time at this cabin. The location was great, in middle of the woods, in close proximity to everything. The cabin is well planned, and nicely decorated. We had enough beds and room for everyone. The kids loved the huge selection of games they had. We enjoyed the hot tub, sat by the fire outside. Loved the porch and patio furniture as well. We had a blast.

This home was more than I could have ever imagined, from the high ceilings, double sided fire place, the wrap around porch ( which my wife loved), the master suite with the huge master bathroom that my wife fell in love with. My daughter enjoyed the backyard so much that she took lots of selfies, lol. I enjoyed the game room with the pool table and the patio area where I was able to enjoy the football games while on the grill. Mrs. Brenda, was very nice and responded very quickly. She made sure we had made it safely, and when the fireplace wouldn't light, she sent someone out immediately, and it was fixed within 10 mins. The home was very clean and neat. Our family felt like we were home during our stay. We stayed during the New Year's weekend and had a blast. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. 1000% will definitely recommend and stay here again!! If you're thinking about it, dont think...
just book it, and you will not regret it.

Our large group of 18 family members stayed at the Palmetto Moon Lodge over the holidays and it was perfect. The features we loved included a private bathroom attached to each bedroom, a huge common area where our family could gather in the afternoons and evenings for conversations and laughter, the huge back deck with fireplace and hot tub, plenty of games for entertainment, a well equipped kitchen, two washing machines and two dryers, the gigantic master bathroom shower, and very comfortable beds! We would definitely book the Palmetto Moon Lodge again for a future vacation.

We had a wonderful time at the beautiful cabin. Everything was great! Maybe consider providing a mop for spills and a push vac for carpets. Replace the tape for small rugs. My sister slipped and fell in one of the bedrooms. Everyone was happy with how wonderful the cabin and we had a great time. Planning another visit in the spring or summer to take advantage of the sights. Thank you.

We loved our lodge, had tons of fun. Lodge was equipped with something for every age group. Huge back patio with jacuzzi, full size grill and place for bonfire, just outside the patio. It has full kitchen, excellent master bath and huge common area with lot of seating. We loved our stay!

This will be my 3rd stay at Lakewood Luxury Cabins! Palmetto Moon was insane! The openness inside and on the deck was spacious and airy. The game room being downstairs on the other side of fireplace was ideal & encouraged gaming 24/7. All of the bedrooms were perfect! I book with this group only bc the cabins are amazing and I trust the management team. Brenda in particular has been amazing! You do not find service like this in Dallas. 2 yrs ago my brother was diagnosed with cancer within 30 days of our trip & Brenda offered to refund us.Any issues they provide quick service and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is excellent.

This is the PERFECT place for a large family gathering. We were there to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. We loved the space! It was ideal for playing games inside & outside, watching movies, grilling out, or just visiting outside or inside. It was fairly close to the lake and the golf course for other entertainment. The house was VERY cool which was nice for this time of year! The only downside was the roads to get to the house. They were absolutley AWFUL especially if you were driving a truck. That is NOT the fault of the house though. Just might want to bring a SUV or car that has better suspension. It was a VERY rough ride to leave and go places. Again, that is NOT the fault of the house. The house was just AMAZING! All 19 of us LOVED Palmetto Moon Lodge! Highly recommend anyone to stay there! :)

We are a blended family with 5 adult kids, one daughter-in-law, and 4 significant others. So 12 adults when we are all together. This cabin was absolutely perfect for our large group with 6 bedrooms, each with their own separate full bath. Plus a half bath downstairs, so people did not have to use one of the downstairs private bathrooms during the middle of the day when we were hanging out. Pool table, ping pong, and foosball were all big hits with our family. The outdoor covered deck is also very large and is a great space to hang out in cooler weather. We did not take advantage of the very nice and large fire pit, but we definitely plan on returning to this cabin sometime during the winter when we can enjoy the outdoors a little more. This cabin is also very new, yet still in a pretty secluded spot, which is getting harder and harder to find in Hochatown with all the growth. Finally, Brenda and her staff at Lakewood Luxury Cabins were great as always. Texted to report one of the burners not working properly on the outdoor grill and it was fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone with a large group. You will not be disappointed!

Very nice place! I would recommend to others.The cleanliness of the master suite. There was poop in the floor of the rock shower. Don’t ask how I know it was poop! The shower had mildew and orange soap scum on the rocks and in the grout. There was what looked like some form of nuts pour out behind the bedside table. If you are looking at the master bed it was behind the one on the left. Probably still there? Directions to the cabin are a little off. It stated to look for the cabin named “One more time” on the left and then take 2nd right past it. We never found a cabin with that name. We drove past Wavey lane and had to turn around because we were looking for that specific named cabin. What to bring- stated that coffee, sugar, salt and pepper was provided. We had to purchase all of these items because there was very very little at the cabin.There is a broken bench upstairs in the far bedroom to the right and many chairs outside are broken.

We have alot of kiddos and keeping them entertained is usually a challenge. There were so many games and activities for bigs and littles all in this one huge cabin that several of the smaller ones cried when we had to leave. The cabin is very well maintained and the beds were comfortable.

Five couples spent only 2 nights but will book longer next time. Rarely do pictures due justice to reality; however, not the case with Palmetto Moon. It was gorgeous inside and out! Our family of 16 rented the Palmetto moon and it was wonderful, it fit us all perfectly... closets are really small in all of the other rooms and no dressers the family said but it was a beautiful and such a comfortable cabin... litte to much furniture to get around as much was added just before our stay. Brenda and others were amazing and so accomodating to our needs you won't find a better company to rent with, their cabins are top notch... clean and comfy.. loved our stay

Our group of 14 enjoyed celebrating my mom’s 70th and Mother’s Day! The Palmetto Moon was the perfect house for our group! Plenty of room, comfortable king beds in all rooms, very clean, lots of games, and a beautiful outdoor area with hot tub. We had an issue with the outdoor fireplace when we arrived, and they immediately had someone out to take care of it. Very accommodating and nice to work with. We will be back!

Stayed with a group of 12. The place was just phenomenal! Can't say enough about the accomodations. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space for cooking, lots of things to choose from to keep everyone entertained all day (pool, ping pong, board games, hot tub, TV, music, fire pit). Conveniently located near several stores to refill your cooler and restaruants if you decided cooking was not your thing. Highly recommend.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.This is my 3rd time visiting Broken Bow and this was the best cabin I've stayed in so far. The moment you step through the door your breathe is taken away. The cabin was HUGE and my family had more than enough room. The cabin had every thing you needed to prepare a feast, all you need is the food. Loved the seclusion and the game area. Will be booking again.

This cabin has all the amenities you could want if you were stranded somewhere for a long time! It’s got a beautiful wrap around porch and outdoor entertainment area. The location is just a couple minutes from a great pizzeria and a local brewery. The cabin has a ton of games, hot tub, fire pit. Beds are super comfortable and lots of lounge seating. We were able to watch lots of football on their super nice TVs in and out.Great find for a large family! We’ve stayed there twice and don’t like staying elsewhere!

Went here on an extended weekend family stay and had an absolutely wonderful time. Cabin is huge, open, and very conducive to family/group time with plenty of seating for everyone. It also provides the space to get away for a nap or some privacy in one of the many bedrooms. The deck off the main room is comfortable and provides the perfect amenities for watching sports on the large television while utilizing the grill, and if the season permits, the fire place! We will definitely be going back, we’ve already started throwing around dates for a return.

We stayed here with a party of 13 for my daughter's 16th birthday. She wanted a Christmas in July birthday and this place was the perfect setting to have it. The house is great in the picture but even nicer in person! You can't go wrong staying here. We have stayed at many places around Broken Bow and this one will be on our return list. Stop looking and book it!
