Vi sentirete davvero privato qui come inquilino è al di sopra e mantiene al suo patio sulla parte superiore. Questo affascinante lungometraggi spagnoli illuminazione antichi, pavimenti in pietra in cucina e bagni, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox di design in cucina completamente ristrutturato e camere soleggiate. Comodo per negozi e bar alla moda di Los Feliz Village e Silver Lake. Escursioni, passeggiate a cavallo e il Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens in Griffith Park, l'Osservatorio, Hollywood segno e centro di Los Angeles la vita notturna. Quartiere tranquillo e luogo tranquillo per rilassarsi tra le gite turistiche e locali notturni di Hollywood. Comodo per autostrada e il trasporto pubblico. A soli 15 minuti dal centro. We’ve stayed a month at this property for the last five years! Because it’s a great house, in a fantastic location: can walk to grocery stores and fantastic restaurants, can walk to Griffith Park and the Greek Theater. The house is cozy and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, wel-equipped kitchen and amazing outdoor space. Hosts are friendly and helpful!

We very much enjoyed staying on Price Street. The apartment was well equipped, well located and the host, who lives next door, responded immediately to any questions. There is a flight of stairs going up to the unit which are easily navigable and the unit is set up the hill which provides excellent views. Access to the garden was a plus. We entertained guests for a few days and they were accommodated comfortably in the 2 bedroom unit.

We loved the location and the easy access to Griffith Park and shops and restaurants. We had some issues with the interior of the property. There’s a need for some updating, particularly in the bathrooms. (There is no grabbar in the bathtub/shower and we had to request a bath mat for the bathtub floor. The bathtub faucets and shower had to be replaced/repaired and there is still some issue there. . We had plumbing problems, T.V. problems and some parking issues. Livinio tried to accommodate the plumbing and the T.V. Issues when we brought this to his attention.
But we enjoyed our stay. We appreciate that we were able to have our dog with us. Livinio and his family live next door and tried to accommodate our requests. The property and views are great.
