La nostra bella 3 camere, 2 bagni condominio è l'unità d'angolo a Chateau Chaumont. Siamo al piano superiore di una di 3 piani, edificio ben tenuto, con 24 unità, che ha una grande comunità. La nostra unità è soleggiata, ha soffitti alti, ha una vista spettacolare di Aspen montagna ed è a pochi passi da tutto ciò a Aspen!
Il nostro condominio è arredato all'interno, ma l'amenità reale è la sua posizione. Siamo letteralmente 1 1/2 isolati dalla Silver Queen Gondola Aspen montagna, e il negozio di alimentari City Market e il negozio di liquori Grog negozio sono proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Chateau Chaumont è nel centro di Aspen, di fronte al Sky Hotel (con un grande bar après-ski e una piscina pubblica) e ha una favolosa vasca idromassaggio nel cortile. Autobus RFTA locali sono a soli 3 isolati di distanza e offrono un servizio navetta gratuito per sciatori Snowmass, Aspen Highlands e le montagne Buttermilk. Con tanto che va avanti ad Aspen, è fondamentale per essere a pochi passi!
Il nostro condominio è stato ristrutturato di recente da un interior designer con nuovi Crate e mobili Barrel, 2 divani in pelle in profondità, 2 nuovi TV a schermo piatto (Famiglia sala TV dispone di un lettore DVD), WI-FI, un impianto stereo con connessione per iPod, biancheria da letto di Ralph Lauren , camino a legna e una lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e condimenti, spezie e detersivi per bucato sono forniti. La nostra veranda privata ha un tavolo con sedie e una panca, ed è il luogo perfetto per la colazione soleggiata o antipasti e un bicchiere di vino alla fine della giornata! La camera da letto, con un bagno privato annesso, ha un letto king size, ventilatore a soffitto e uno schermo piatto t. v. Sia il 2 ° e 3 camere da letto hanno 2 letti singoli in ogni camera e ventilatori a soffitto. C'è un parcheggio gratuito nei punti garage e riscaldata di neve di fusione nel vicolo.
Siamo sempre aggiornando la nostra unità. Negli ultimi tre anni, abbiamo aggiornato la decorazione, sono stati aggiunti tutti i nuovi letti Posturpedic accoglienti, installato un nuovo Maytag lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie, nuove finestre (con nuove tende silhouette), dipinto di recente l'ingresso, cucina e camera familiare anteriore. Ventilatori a soffitto sono stati aggiunti nella stanza di famiglia e tutti e tre camere da letto e l'associazione costruirono una favolosa vasca idromassaggio in cortile con forti getti.
Questa è veramente la vita buona, a pochi passi da tutto!

Great property and an even better location. Everything you’d ever want from skiing to restaurants to shopping is just footsteps away

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Aspen. It is super convenient (walking distance to everything!) and has everything you need in the condo - humidifiers, extra towels, all kitchen gear + paper towels, etc. Check in and out were super easy and the owner was great to communicate with. The only downside for us was the three flights of outdoor stairs necessary to access the condo (we were traveling with a baby). The stairs were shoveled off eventually when it snowed, but still rather slippery and precarious when carrying a child or a stroller. All that being said, I would recommend this property to other travelers, especially young adults with no babies or people with a difficult time with stairs.

We stayed for 4 nights in February. While the bedrooms are small, the place was big enough for our group of 6, including 4 teenagers. The condo is very conveniently located, just a couple of blocks from the bus depot and the grocery store, as well as lots of restaurants and the Aspen gondola. The two bathrooms are recently renovated and really nice. The hot tub is large and at least one of us used it every night. The reprogrammable combination lock on the front door makes access very convenient, even if you arrive late the first night like we did. The owner is responsive and helpful. Highly recommended as a reasonably priced option in Aspen.

We spent a week in this condo in Aspen and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The layout is ideal for one adult couple and 4 singles (kids, etc) with two beautiful, newly remodeled bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub was a bonus. Convenient to all of Aspen, and a particularly easy walk to the Gondola.
Only negative was the construction currently going on to south and west of the building. In fact, all of Aspen is bustling with major construction, so I'm guessing by this time next year there will be a lot of shiny new places around.

I just returned from a friends' ski trip to Aspen. This home was perfect - everything is as it appears in the photos. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are luxurious (with Molton Brown toiletries) with soft and plentiful towels, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Washer and dryer look new and are very quiet. Location is fantastic with an easy walk to the Aspen Mountain gondola (even in ski boots), grocery store, or restaurants in town. Absolutely no need for a car, even if going to other mountains.

Perfect location, just a block away from the gondola. The condo was centrally located and within walking distance of everything we needed. We did not rent a car because of the condo's convenient location and the free public transportation. The condo was cozy and comfortably appointed with great views of the mountain.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Chateau Chaumont! It is charming, clean, and close to absolutely everything... the heated floors in the bathroom are quite a nice touch too;)

This condo was the perfect fit for our family. The location couldn't be better, no need for a car, you can walk to everything. The grocery store, gondola and shops are all within minutes. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you'd need for a great vacation. The owners, Bob and Cindy, were very accommodating and have made every effort to make guests comfortable. They added many amenities not often found in rentals and we look forward to coming back again. Thanks for sharing the place with the rest of us!

Our family stayed in this 3rd floor condo for 9 days during the summer and enjoyed it very much. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are generous in space and well appointed. The kitchen has all the amenities, including a handy washer and dryer. We were one block from the Silver Queen gondola, 1 block from the grocery story and multiple shops, and didn't really need a car once we were settled. The living room has a view of the surrounding mountains and you have access to the pool and bar across the street at the Sky Hotel. All in all, it was a great stay.

The location is perfect. It's right in the middle of the Aspen so we walked everywhere and didn't even rent a car. The condo is on the top (third) floor so there's no risk of stomping feet above you. It's very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you would need at home. The owner was friendly and responsive. I will stay here next year.
