Si tratta di una casa ben curato con un tocco mediterraneo situato in un clima in cui non è mai troppo caldo né troppo freddo. E per godere del clima, c'è un cantiere paesaggio bello con un villaggio sentire completa con una grande piscina, vasca idromassaggio, barbecue a gas e in terra pozzo del fuoco di gas. E per creare l'atmosfera, c'è un incredibile sistema di musica all'aperto. Questa è la casa perfetta / cantiere per piccole riunioni o feste di medie dimensioni. L'interno è luminoso e soleggiato, con un grande oceano e vista sul porto. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, con un letto king California nel master e letti queen nelle altre 3 camere. Si può avere la musica attraverso con un facile da usare Sonos sistema musicale multi-room. La cucina è attrezzata con il cuoco gourmet in mente. E mentre si è in attesa per questo ottimo pasto, si può godere di una partita a biliardo.
Siete a 5 minuti dalle splendide spiagge di Orange County, The Ritz Carlton Hotel, St. Regis Resort e Spa e Dana Point Harbor, dove si possono noleggiare barche, moto d'acqua, andare balene e delfini o escursione attraverso il Dana Point Headlands per Strands Beach. Vai 10 minuti a nord e siete in Laguna Beach; Casa del Pageant of the Masters, con decine di gallerie d'arte, festival d'arte, e favolosi ristoranti per ristoranti e divertimenti. Anche a Laguna Beach è la stella 5 Montage Resort e Beach Park, per non parlare di grandi locali notturni e da ballo macchie. Vai 5 minuti a sud e siete in San Clemente, una delle ultime grandi piccole città della spiaggia della spuma. A piedi i sentieri spiaggia a S. C. molo al tramonto o comprare online via Del Mar per verdure fresche e una grande bottiglia di vino, o cenare in dei tanti ottimi ristoranti e wine bar e godere di spettacoli dal vivo.

This home exceeded my expectations. There were seven adults who flew in for a weekend wedding. The house and grounds were so spacious with so many indoor and outdoor nooks that we could each do our own thing --including Zoom meetings-- in between wedding festivities and not disturb another. The backyard is spectacular! Lush and beautifully maintained with palms, succulents, vines. Thoughtfully arranged garden art. Big pool & bubbling jacuzzi, plenty of shaded areas. Ample outdoor kitchen, fire pit. Very private. Very restful. Really great. Thanks, Mark.

This is a terrific home. The photo you see in the rental information is taken from the front of the home overlooking the Pacific. The Pacific breeze is non stop and flows right through the home. We kept the windows and doors open almost the entire time of our 10 day stay. Immediately one sees how clean and well maintained this home is. Our family of 8 spent most of our time sitting out back around the pool, firepit, and sauna. The landscape in the back yard is beautiful and well maintained....our two grandchildren ages 8 and 4 loved all of this. The kitchen is marvelous and the gas grill (Lynx) outback is one of the best you will see anywhere. The guys enjoyed our times around the pool table and all the while, a first class Sonos sound system was playing throughout the home and outdoor pool area.
The home is very convenient to beaches and many restaurants on Dana Point and along the Laguna Beach shore, 10 minutes from the Ritz Carlton where I had a business meeting. The owners, Mark and Davone, were great... easy to work with and even shipped a nice necklace home to us that my wife accidentally left behind. We truly enjoyed our escape to this paradise from the long grueling Texas summer. We now find ourselves still "California Dreamin".

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. This house is very organized and it has everything that you may need. My kids loved the pool and the Jacuzzi. The owners had fresh fruit and two bottles of wine (red and white) for us. We rented this house to celebrate with family my daughter's wedding the following day with a pool party. The only thing that was surprising was the owner's were requesting an extra fee for this pool party. So make sure you are all set before you organize a party in this house to avoid surprises. Other than that, I highly recommend this house, I loved it, even my mother loved it, and trust me my mother is the hardest person to please.

We had a great time and the house is fantastic. The pool and gorgeous backyard was great for our kids and the adults. The view of the ocean was great and there is plenty of dining and essentials within 10 mins. Marc was very responsive before and during the trip. We would definitely stay here again.
