This place was quiet, clean, and close to everything. Great communication with the property manger.

Property was very nice. Well stocked and Mike was great with answering any questions I had. Definitely will stay again. Ocean is only a few minutes walk down the private drive. Pool is right across the road very quite area. Pool was also clean and was never full of people. My husband myself and three teenage kids fit great and having two full bathrooms was awsome. Thank you Mike for helpingour vacation be as great as it could

The unit is walking distance to the beach, and close to shops, dining and the Ocracoke Ferry.
It’s a great size for 4, but does have accommodations for 6. There is ample dinnerware and utensils so you don’t need to wash in between. There are also extra beach towels so you don’t need to wash yours after each beach day. The beds were comfortable. We have stayed here a couple times and would stay again. Our stay was Saturday to Saturday, and I tried to book the unit for the same week next year but it was already taken on Tuesday of our week.

Wonderful property. Just as listed and in the pictures. Short walk to the beach and home our family was staying at. Mike was very helpful and easy to communicate with. If we stay in Hatteras we will definitely look to book again

The host was great, he responded very quickly to all of our questions. I do have a few dislikes. 1st it was difficult to look out of the windows, they were very dirty. The blinds were very dusty as well. There was a dresser that had a broken knob. Other than that our accommodations were good. This has nothing to do with the host as he cant control inconsiderate people. 2 guest staying a few doors down had pets and let them defecate in what seems to be a common area that never cleaned it up. We were going to play bocce ball but could not because of all the inconsiderate people with pets. There are so many other things to do this wont deter us from possibly returning.

The Villa was perfect! Was was furnished from top to bottom! It was perfect for my husband and I. Plenty of room for more people to stay

The stay was very good we enjoyed ourself, location was convienes to the beach and other food store and restaurants. Wife and myself as well as our grad kids we have a great time. Thank you.

Mike was great to deal with. He was very kind and informative. He gave us ideas of places to eat etc. The condo is in a beautiful location with only a short walk to the beach. The condo had all the amenities for our stay. Highly recommend staying here!!

Very nice and clean. Great for two people. Property manager was very nice and helpful. One negative. Decks were being refurbished. The carpenter was there from 8 am to 5 pm. It wasn't very peaceful in the day time. That being said, we had no deck to set on.

Perfect balance of space/amenities and cost. Bathrooms were great - a nice big tub to soak in and a nice size shower with a seat! We have been using VRBO for the last 15 years and we've stayed a lot of places and this is at the top for families who are looking for that balance between cost, location and amenities.

Wonderful Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. It was a very close and easy walk to the beach. Thank you for making our first trip to Hatteras great!

Hatteras Village condominium steps from a pool and beach!
Third time we've stayed here; we like the close location to the beach and pool availability. I've left previous reviews the last two years after our visits, so I won't repeat myself. Just the fact we've come back three straight years says it all! The only blemish in the review this year was ants on the kitchen counters, but it didn't ruin our stay.

This was my second stay at Mike's place. It is a great place to stay with all the aminities of home. The condo has comfortable beds, a large tv in the living room, a we'll stocked kitchen and washer and dryer to wash clothes during your trip. The condo is on the ground level, so there are no stairs to enter which make unloading and packing the car easy. The location is great to enjoy the beach in Hatteras, NC and a short drive to the vehicle ferry to visit Ocracoke island for the day. It is a five minute walk to enjoy the beach near the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again next year.

Wonderful Vacation!
We were so pleased to work with Mike who was friendly and helpful in each interaction. The condo space was perfect for us, a quick walk to the beach and since it was still early in the season very quiet and not at all crowded. We'd love to come back!

Comfortable and well equipped Beach Rental
The Condo was very clean and recently renovated with new furniture and comfortable beds. The Condo was well equipped with everything you could need for your trip including: linens, towels, luggage rack in each room, beach towels, beach chairs, beach Umbrella, beach cart, garden hose with sprayer to wash off sand from feet and vehicles, good dvd movie collection, board games and book collection. The bathrooms were very nice enjoyed the showers and soaking in bath tub, and using the heater fan. The bathrooms also included hair dryers and night lights. It was a short walk to access the beach (5 minutes) and close to the Ferry to Ocracoke Island and the Hatteras Maritime Museum. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others. Mike the owner was very helpful and easy to contact by phone.
