Cammina verso la Valle della Morte! Quando porti la tua famiglia a Clemson, resta a casa nostra. Invece di stare in una stanza d'albergo angusta con i tuoi figli, stenditi nella nostra casa, a 1/2 miglio dallo stadio e dal centro di Clemson. Abbiamo 3 camere da letto (1 matrimoniale, 1 matrimoniale e 2 doppie) con spazio per altre due su un divano pieghevole nel grande seminterrato finito, oltre a 2 5 bagni. Prepara i cibi o i pasti del portellone nella nostra moderna cucina completamente attrezzata, quindi gustali nella nostra grande veranda con vista sul lago Hartwell. I tuoi bambini apprezzeranno la nostra sala giochi nel seminterrato, il cortile curato e il salto nel lago dal nostro molo privato, con spazio per la tua barca. SOLO FAMIGLIE - niente studenti universitari o feste in casa. Casa senza fumo.

Chris and Suzanne have created a charming and welcoming home in a perfect location for a visit to Clemson! 10 minute casual pace gets you to downtown, campus or Death Valley, and the accommodations were wonderful in every way!! Our sincere thanks for your hospitality (and so love your man-cave, Chris!!)

Our group enjoyed our stay and the biggest bonus for us was location. Thanks to our hosts for making it an enjoyable & convenient stay in Clemson.

My group had a wonderful stay at Chris and Suzannah's spacious home in downtown Clemson. From the moment we walked in, the house was extremely clean and inviting. The layout of the house allowed for plenty of space for a group of 8. Plenty of sitting space, sleeping areas, and privacy-our group never felt like it was a tight fit for all of us. We also loved having the sun room to look out to the water and also being able to walk down to the dock. The hosts are so wonderful - left us with more than enough detailed information about the house, and they also were kind enough to check in with us during our stay. Lastly, the location is unbeatable. Very close to College Avenue and very close to campus/Death Valley/tailgating. It was the perfect spot. I will definitely be back again next year to stay! You won't regret choosing this beautiful home for your next trip to Clemson!

The home is located in a very central part of Clemson. Walking to either the campus or downtown is easy. The home itself is well kept, up-to-date, and spacious. We really enjoyed the sunroom! The house was very nice and it is also important to note that the owners went out of their way to make us feel at home which is a big plus. I recommend this experience for anyone that is looking to visit Clemson.
