A wonderful stay. Condo is VERY WELL equipped. Good location on the beach with beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Highly recommended.

The condo was better than advertised, the view of the beach from the living room is top notch!!! Kim had a bottle of wine and welcome card for us on the kitchen counter. Kim was easy to talk to and deal with and very accommodating. We've been coming to the island for over 15 years and and this is one of the best places we've stayed, will definitely book with Kim again.

The views and closeness to the beach were spectacular. The winters months are quiet in Hilton head so walking the beach every morning was awesome. We had a relaxing time at the condo.

We were very happy with this VRBO rental and the owners. It started with a very thoughtful welcome gift and a follow-up message after our first night - just to make sure everything was in order. The view was spectacular and location ideal. We really enjoyed our getaway and hope to be back again soon.

Everything was perfect with this condo. Super location with totally unobstructed ocean view and easy beach access. Everything was functional and super clean. Very comfortable. Bikes were a big plus - awesome bike path just a few feet away. We won't bother looking around when we return to HHI - we will book this condo again for sure!

It surpassed our expectations and the amenities were super. We have stayed at a lot of condos at the beach. This was definitely one of the best. The contact point for us was Kim and she is excellent.

This condo is in the perfect location! We were steps away from the beach. There was easy driving or biking distance to restaurants and things to do. The condo itself had everything all labeled and well thought out.

We've stayed in a lot of places and there always seems to be something missing...too many remote controls for the TV, marginal communication from the owner or some minor details that would have made your stay just a little bit better. Not at this place! The owner thought of everything!

We had awesome views of the ocean and the property was beautifully landscaped.The unit was well equipped with plenty of towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked with essential items, plastic wrap, foil, sandwich bags etc. It is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and several ICE CREAM shoppes. The owners were very informative and responded to any and all questions we had.
The bonus for our anniversary week was a front room view of Hurricane Idalia. We felt safe and secure in our unit. Would definitely stay at this condo in the future.

This condo unit was exactly as the listing states. It was very clean and accommodating with lots of extras. Kim was very prompt with any questions we had. We had an issue with the bikes lock but Kim was right on it when I messaged her about it and within the hour the problem was resolved. It was our first trip to HH and definitely won’t be our last.

Property was great! It was perfect size for my 4 person family! My 12 & 6 year old shared a bed/bath with plenty of room. Kitchen & Living room were just right for our needs. I sat on the balcony every night & enjoyed the ocean. The pool felt a bit small some afternoons when everyone was in, but we never had an issue. Kim was amazing to work with! Great family trip!

Kim's communication was second to none, and I have never stayed in a condo that was so completely equipped with everything we needed.
It was immaculately clean when we arrived, everything was in good working order, and all of Kim's instructions and information was on point. The location is great, too - directly overlooking the water and a very short walk to the beach, but also very central to the most popular shops and restaurants.
If you want a hassle-free place to stay, this is it.

This place was perfect for my wife and 2 kids. The view and proximity to the beach, pool, and resort next door made Kim’s place a great value. We loved the morning sunrise coffee and bike rides on the beach. The location was perfect for easy exploration or walks to dinner. 5 stars all around.

We had a great stay at Kim’s place despite the unusual cold weather At Christmas. We came from Ohio so I guess we brought it with us ha! Anyways Kim was great she had good recommendations on places to eat and visit. Her condo overlooking the ocean was perfect We would definitely consider staying here again in warmer weather.

Party of 2 adults stayed, 2nd week of November….condo was great! Located in a perfect area, lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, all within a bike ride or walk if desired.. Loved that it was located next to a Hilton resort, which we could walk through a pathway to access and enjoy the outdoor bar/restaurant. The view is AMAZING…direct oceanfront, easy pathways to walk to get out onto the beach for long walks. The condo was exceptionally clean and the updated kitchen was nice to prepare some meals in. The owner was always available for texting/answering questions or giving info if needed. Will definitely rent again!

The property was just as described. The view was perfect and location was ideal. Kim was very informative with the property and suggestions for the area. Couldn’t have been better! Communication was very thorough as we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again when we go back.
