Quando lo sviluppatore ha costruito questo condominio di 18 unità nel 1973, ha salvato questa unità per la sua famiglia. Uno sguardo ti dirà perché. È l'unità più grande del complesso ed è meravigliosamente spaziosa e aperta. Recentemente ridecorato nel 2010 con i colori del mare, la nostra unità offre un ambiente spazioso e tranquillo. Ti sentirai subito a casa.
La vista da questa unità del secondo piano è spettacolare.
Il soggiorno ha un alto soffitto di 18 piedi e un lanai adiacente che offre una vista panoramica sulle isole di Lana'i e Moloka'i e sui tramonti più belli che tu abbia mai visto. L'ampio divano componibile è un divano letto.
Il grande lanai ha molto spazio per prendere il sole pomeridiano o cenare all'aperto per quattro. Immagina la colazione sul lanai guardando le balene che si infrangono in mare aperto o cenando o bevendo un drink mentre guardano il tramonto.
La cucina ben arredata ha la stessa vista spettacolare del soggiorno. Nuovo frigorifero, piano cottura, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde nel 2010.
Sopra la cucina e si affaccia sul soggiorno c'è un soppalco con un letto matrimoniale. Di notte, tutto ciò che senti è il surf.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size e un sacco di spazio nell'armadio.
Il bagno è composto da due camere: una con cabina doccia e servizi igienici; e l'altro, con una grande vanità e lavandino.
I giardini sono mantenuti magnificamente. Il lanai si affaccia sulla piscina che è a pochi passi dall'oceano e da un bellissimo prato con molte sedie a sdraio. È come avere il tuo cortile privato. Nuoto, snorkeling e surf sono al largo.

My family and I had an amazing time during our stay. We’ve stayed at another unit at Hoyochi Nikko before, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a laid-back, less crowded Maui experience. I’ve talked to many others who feel the same—once they’ve stayed here, they never want to stay anywhere else on the island.While the building may appear a bit dated from the outside, the property is extremely well maintained. The pool can be a little chilly at times, but it’s always clean. The two Weber gas grills are a great feature—you’ll find yourself wanting to cook just for the ocean view. If you enjoy watching sea turtles, you’ll see them daily.The only minor drawback is the variability of the beach directly in front. Depending on the time of year, you may have a beautiful stretch of sand or very little beach at all. That said, there are other great beaches just a minute away in either direction, so it’s never really an issue.As for this specific unit, it’s clean, comfortable, and has a bright, open feel. I’d absolutely recommend it and would love to come back again. The only potential concern during the hottest times of the year is that the only air conditioning unit is in the master bedroom, so the upstairs loft can get warm. However, we found that by using fans, opening the windows at night, and keeping the AC running with the vents closed during the day, we stayed perfectly comfortable. Highly recommend a stay at this slice of heaven!

What an amazing place to spend our Christmas holiday! The view is unbeatable, with gorgeous sunsets every night and views of turtles and whales from our lanai daily. The building only has a handful of units so it has very cozy vibes verses staying at a resort. The property itself is quite private which was perfect for us. The waves were a little intense some days so it was nice to have the pool, as well as the little sand bar up away from the waves. Some things to note. The mattress in the sofa bed and in the loft could be replaced (unless you’re a spring chicken that can sleep anywhere). You can hear the waves as you drift off to sleep, which was a huge bonus for us. The unit comes with a window AC unit for the master bedroom, however it wasn’t needed during our stay. The unit comes with a washer and dryer which was lovely to have, but could use an update. Our lanai was large and we enjoyed our morning coffee and all our meals out there. The other guests were friendly and everyone was respectful of the condo rules. Overall our trip was amazing and we loved staying at this property. We look forward to going back!

This was the most well-equipped unit we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many over the years. Kitchen is wonderful, beds are comfortable, spacious comfortable feeling, great view from the lanai, easy access (parking takes getting used to, as others have mentioned, but is doable), and congenial, easy-to-communicate-with host. Thank you, Don, for a wonderful visit to Maui!

Very well maintained and appointed. Sits on a great ocean view site. Close enough to Lahaina, beaches & restaurants….but not too close. Interesting storm, then otherwise excellent weather.
