Casa privata con una camera da letto nel cuore del centro storico. Un ottimo posto per una vacanza in coppia dove puoi vivere come un locale. Situato in una posizione tranquilla fuori dalle strade principali e circondato da altri cottage "sigaro". Una piscina condominiale riscaldata e comunitaria è il luogo ideale per rinfrescarsi o sedersi e godersi un cocktail.

Recentemente decorato dappertutto con l'atmosfera di casa. Cucina ben attrezzata per cucinare i tuoi pasti preferiti. C'è un tavolo alto con ripostiglio per bicchieri di vino in abbondanza in modo che il nostro amante del vino non finirà! Televisori a schermo piatto sia in soggiorno che in camera da letto.

La camera matrimoniale appena oltre la zona giorno ha anche un ingresso separato per la casa per un rifugio tranquillo per una coppia. Divano letto queen size nel soggiorno per accogliere gli ospiti durante la notte.

We were blown away by this little gem. Perfect location. Easy walk and bike to anywhere on the island. We did have a car and had NO problem finding street parking although you really don't need a car. Rental contact is spot on and quick to respond. Nicest people you will ever meet.

Super cute, cozy place, close to everything. Location was the biggest bonus during our stay. The place is small, ideal for 2 to 3 people, and is very simple. The pool is a nice extra feature, well maintained and clean. There is a grill on the side for cooking and eating outside. The owners were very responsive, and the manager of the place was most helpful with anything we needed. Made a big difference. Overall a pleasant stay.

Loved this place! I used it as a second place for extra friends and family. It's close to all the action, but still secluded in its little cluster of cottages and shady and quiet.

I’ve been coming down to Key West for the past twenty years and have rented many houses over this time. Over the years, we have stayed in the Seaport area since this feels more like a way of life and not just a few days of vacation. This particular rental location was fabulous! A one-bedroom big enough for 2-3 people with all the necessary amenities. We used the gas BBQ and shared pool many times during our stay. Upon our arrival, everything was clean and easy to access all areas. Since we rented for one month, the scheduled mid-cleanup gave us more time to use the pool. These units are individually owned so some owners are always around if you need information about the area and what is available to you as “A Local”. People are always friendly in Key West. This goes without saying, the staff at Best of Key West Rentals is wonderful. They are all very professional, helpful and understanding. During our stay, the A/C stopped working on a Sunday evening. We called our management staff and they had someone there within an hour, who was also able to fix our problem. Staff informed us every step of the way about what to do upon arrival and departure. We would definitely recommend this property and any other properties which are managed by Best of Key West Rentals.

great stay!
Great little house, and grounds. The location is great, and is easy to get anywhere on the island you need to. We had one issue with the A/C during our stay, but Brian the property manager had it taken care of within 2 hours. We had an excellent stay, and would return again.
