La nostra casa è un 1902 Prairie Foursquare con un sacco di vecchio fascino. Siamo situati nel cuore della città vecchia di Fort Collins, vicino a CSU e tre isolati dal centro. Siamo a pochi passi da alcuni dei migliori Microbreweries in Colorado. L'appartamento dispone di un ingresso separato, e di grandi finestre da 4 'in ogni stanza. Luminoso e allegro con atmosfera calda è un eufemismo. Non vediamo l'ora di incontrare persone provenienti da molti luoghi e sfondi

Stay was great. Place was cozy and fully stocked! Perfect location for exploring old town FoCo. Had a great time and would certainly stay here again if we return to Fort Collins.

This location was absolutely beautiful. It's a perfect place to stay in the summer because the backyard is spectacular! The house is quite lovely, and the downstairs level is perfect. It has a good-sized kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and dining area. It was very comfortable and charming. Even though there was no air conditioning, it was quite comfortable. I would love to stay there again!

We enjoyed this home away from home very much! It was complete with all things needed for a relaxing getaway—walking distance to Old Town, comfortable living areas, essentials in the kitchen, and amazing landscaping and comfortable outdoor hang out areas.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property in Ft Collins. The location was fantastic and walkable to shops, restaurants and breweries. We will definitely stay here again on a return trip to Ft Collins.

Hosts were very nice. Greeted us and made sure we had what we needed. The apartment was nice (great woodwork) well furnished and the kitchen fully stocked with all the tools. Great location in Old Town. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well equipped apartment. Have stayed here before and it is consistently a great rental. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Hosts are friendly and the yard is a beautiful sanctuary to sit and relax. Good location and close to CSU.

Very close to CSU and walking distance to everything. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need! Fred and Carol are awesome hosts and this will be a regular spot for us while we visit with our college student

Peaceful location walking distance from downtown!
We pulled up to the house on the nice, wide, quiet neighborhood street. Instructions on how to get into the proprerty were sent to us well in advance. The basement apartment was very quaint and charming! It was clean and well stocked with everything we could need for our stay and more! It was a short walking distance to downtown Fort Collins with plenty of restaurants, shops, and breweries! Fred and Carol were wonderful hosts and would love to stay with them again!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient. Well-maintained property.
Perfect for a long fall weekend in 'FoCo'. Enjoyed bicycling the nearby Poudre and Spring Creek trails. Lima Coffee shop a block away on College Ave. is a welcoming morning stop. You'll feel like a local when staying here.

You can walk and/or bike to the parks, river, shops, etc. A lovely back yard with beautiful gardens to enjoy while you have breakfast and plan your day. The accommodations are warm and cozy, spotless, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are very respectful and go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable visit. The only time we really used our car during the visit was to do some hiking around the Horsetooth Resevoir. The owners were very friendly and seemed to have thought of everything. I highly recommend this property!

A short 2 blocks to the center of town in a beautiful home. The owners were very nice and eager to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were perfect! Everything was wonderful!
