Benvenuti al Gulf Village! Questo complesso a bassa densità si trova sul lato ovest della città. Questo complesso è il luogo ideale per famiglie, appena fuori dal "trambusto" nel cuore delle Costa del Golfo. Il posto perfetto per rilassarsi! Sei solo a breve distanza da tutto il divertimento che la nostra piccola città ha da offrire come The Hangout, Waterville, The Track e molto altro! Una volta dentro, troverai una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo del Messico e le nostre famose spiagge di sabbia bianca.
Il nostro appartamento con due camere da letto può ospitare comodamente sei persone. La camera degli ospiti ha letti a castello e un letto singolo. Il master offre un letto matrimoniale, un ingresso balcone e un bagno privato per la tua privacy. Troverai anche un letto nel soggiorno per i tuoi ospiti extra. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza. Offriamo anche la connessione wifi gratuita per il tuo uso, in modo da non perdere un colpo mentre ti rilassi in spiaggia!

Although this property could use a few updates, (it is an older complex) it was clean and the on the beach location was awesome. I liked how the balcony was angled so that even thought we were directly facing the gulf, our view was not obstructed and we enjoyed our time and the views. It was quiet and in a nice location and we thought the beds were very comfortable. The management company was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We have already booked our return stay for 2025.

We had a great time. The condo is right on the beach and within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Pool was nice and clean. Great family memories made.

We had a wonderful stay at the Gulf Village Condos. We love this area and this is great place for our family to spend time together at the beach!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at 1027 Gulf Village. The big balcony was nice and a great view to the ocean. The condo was very spacious, nice and clean. Very short walk to the beach. Everything was perfect. Loved our stay there. Thank you.

We came here for a baseball tournament- it was the perfect spot to fish, go to the beach, and enjoy the stunning sunsets.

A few opportunities:
Poole Management via email has told me the day before that we could check in at 1pm. Arrived at 1pm and they stated it is their policy to not check in before 230- I had planned arrival with cold groceries etc.
The sliding door in living room-pull out bed faces the east- sunrise- only window coverings are shear-
4th floor- elevated was down called Poole Mng and they stated "not a maintaince issue:.Parking- only allowed 2 passes- we had 3 vehicles- Poole Mng stated "we can't assist you, you can look up public parking". I asked if they could give me suggestions they stated "no we can't help".
The condo was clean and nice. Our big issues were with Poole Management- will not rent anything that they assist with in the future.

We were thrilled with our stay! The condo comfortably slept four adults and three kids from 10-13. All of our rooms and bathrooms were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Once on the ground floor, we had maybe 15 steps from the elevator to the water, perfect! I would recommend this place over and over again!

We had a wonderful experience with the property manager. The condo was clean, we didn’t have a far drive to dinners/ activities and we had the choice of going to the pool or the beach. It was wonder. We will be booking again in the future!

The condo and grounds were very nice. We loved the ocean view. We saw dolphins and sharks from our balcony. We got in the hot tub, inside pool, and played pool as a family. My son enjoyed fishing in different locations almost daily. Gulf shores is our favorite place to vacation.

Condo was small but accommodated us 5 just fine. It could’ve been cleaned better though. The rugs weren’t vacuumed and there was hair on the bathroom floor.

Everything was clean and up to date. There was a problem with the air, but it was fixed within 2 hours of calling someone.

The condo was wonderful and clean and we had everything we needed. View of the ocean was amazing as well and the patio was larger than expected. Beach access was so easy and close, no long drags through the sand or boardwalk. The only issue was the elevator not working which was tough with kids and being on the top floor. But overall it was a great stay right in the heart of GS. Would absolutely stay here again.

By no fault of the property managers, there was no working elevator 4 of 5 days we were there due to the major flooding. The smallest amount of rain caused the entire parking lot to flood above our ankles every day. This was a major inconvenience as any coolers, shoes, or long dresses/pants were soaked anytime we needed to leave the condo. Also we only had access to the pool across the street because the pool on the ocean side was full of sand and closed down. Our room was perfect, i just wish we could have transplanted the room and rates to a different condo, gulf village is very subpar and needs many updates.

This was a major inconvenience as any coolers, shoes, or long dresses/pants were soaked anytime we needed to leave the condo. Also we only had access to the pool across the street because the pool on the ocean side was full of sand and closed down. Our room was perfect, i just wish we could have transplanted the room and rates to a different condo, gulf village is very subpar and needs many updates.

The only thing discouraging about our trip was that the elevator broke the week we were to visit. It didn’t get fixed while we were there so we had a lot of steps to climb and we were on the 4th/top floor. Other than that the condo was very clean and comfortable for our family.

The property had no working elevator for our 4 out of 5 day stay and no one warned us before we got there that the elevator was broken so we could have made different accommodations. I have a wheelchair bound adult that my 60 year old dad had to carry up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room..rediculious! I called multiple times and was reassured maintenence would come out amd get it fixed each day I called. Some days I called multiple times because we had to just sit in our room since we could not carry her back down the stairs! The elevator was finally fixed day 4 of our 5 day stay. Sad that we didn't get to enjoy the beach because of the elevator. So disappointed over it!
