The house is old but extremely well kept up. It was clean and stocked with essentials. Nice outdoor space we would have used more if the weather was better and we hung out there more. The owner was always available to answer questions. The heat worked well but was noisy. Most of the year it’s probably not needed. The sheets and towels were all fresh and clean and felt like new. We were totally happy with our stay and impressed with the cleanliness indoor and outdoors

We were very impressed with this VRBO. It was in a great neighborhood. We felt very safe. The living room has plenty of seating and both the loveseat and the couch have recliners. The king in the master has a memory foam top that is what I would call medium-soft. My husband has shoulder issues and he said it was too hard for him, but it was perfect to me. The queen in the 2nd bedroom was very soft, so if you needed a softer bed, you could sleep there. They have plenty of extra blankets and pillows. They also have plenty of extra towels and washcloths. The kithen has a dining area attached. It has seating for 4, but the bedrooms each have a chair you can bring in, making it 6. Also, there is a table outside that seats 4. The kitchen is very well stocked. They have plates, bowls, glasses and silverware for at least 12. There are A LOT of storage containers for left-over food. They also have glass pyrex dishes with lids. They have bottled water in the fridge. There are lots of pots, pans and utensils to cook with. They have every utensil you need to use the grill. My husband LOVED the grill. The backyard has seating for 11. It is a great place to hang out while he was grilling. It is surrounded by a brick wall that kept it very private. There is a garage door opener so you can get in that way and not have to worry about keys. We will definately stay here again if we come to visit our Airman before he leaves Holloman.

This home was central to our outings. My daughter planned the trip and we had a lot of fun. We used the front patio the most as the rear patio, while lovely, had more "noise" from the neighbors.

Clean, quiet, safe area. Neighbors are 420 friendly, so if that bothers you, maybe not for you. But they were very friendly and kept to themselves. Quiet part of town and easy access to restaurants, Walmart, tennis courts, and White Sands National Park.

This was a very nice and comfortable home. We had everything we needed. The home was nicely decorated with excellent atmosphere and location. We love the relaxing patio. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alamogordo.

This home was great for our 2 night stay while visiting White Sands. The property was clean, easy to access and secure. They also had everything we needed for our stay including the convenience of a washer / dryer, and sleds to use at white sands! Getting to see and pet the neighbors cat was an added bonus!
