Il Deer Mountain Loft è una SUITE di 2 piani. Dispone di 1 camera da letto Maste6r con un letto king size e vista mozzafiato sul lago, sulla montagna e sul campo da golf dalla camera da letto. Viste dirette dello Stanley Hotel dal mazzo della camera matrimoniale e anche della camera familiare. Veramente stupefacente!
Il bagno ha due lavandini, una doccia piastrella personalizzata con pavimento in pietra, servizi igienici e una vasca idromassaggio per 2 persone. . Cathedral Ceilings lo rende un "One of A Kind Loft". Deer Mountain Loft è dotato di una cucina completamente attrezzata. Controsoffitti in granito e isola. Armadi personalizzati, frigorifero in acciaio inox, fornello a gas, lavastoviglie, microonde, caffettiera, Keurig, Crockpot, e tutte le stoviglie Si e amato uno ha bisogno di una vacanza. C'è un'isola con posti a sedere per 2. Granito anche. Sala da pranzo anche per 4 persone.
Una spaziosa camera familiare è collegata alla cucina che dispone di una Smart TV da 50 pollici. Cavo, WiFi, lettore Blu Ray DVD e anche un divano estraibile.

Everything was fantastic. We needed a getaway spot for the weekend and this place was perfect! We love going to Estes Park and this home was close to everything. Owners were very responsive and even shoveled the stairs and around our truck when it snowed. We will be back!

Super nice place. Convenient location. Property manager was very nice. Only slight trouble with getting the TV to work. Definitely would return in the future to stay!

We loved the "Tree House" lodge with it's great views and luxury accommodations! We will most definitely try and book there again on our next trip to Estes Park. Thanks to all for making our stay so enjoyable!

Ideally suited for a couple. Interior was clean with amenities for comfortable stay. The owner's guide book was very helpful. Location was very close to the Visitors' Center, which was the hub (shuttle buses) of our activities.
We would definitely choose it again.

The property was exactly as listed and incredibly clean and comfortable! It was the perfect place for my husband and I to relax after exploring the park. The location is perfect as it is a 10-15 min drive from the park and less than 5 minutes from downtown Estes Park. Our host was helpful and communicative throughout our stay! Highly recommend.

We spent a few days in Estes Park in early November. The Deer Mountain loft at the Rustic Acre was quiet, relaxing, and close to everything.

Very well kept property. Bonus is that both mornings we were there, elk came through right next to the property - it was very unexpected! Would recommend checking in during daylight hours as it’s a little tough to find the drive after dark. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful little hidden place off of hyway 7 close enough to town to walk but nicely tucked in with great views of Stanley hotel and mountains very clean and well managed host family very approachable for any of your needs will always come back to this place. Thanks James and luann

Property was really nice. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed for our three night stay. There was convenient parking near the door. The porch had a great view of the mountains with comfortable seating. Kitchen was well laid out and supplied with cookware and utensils. Bedroom was very comfortable and bathroom/tub/shower were luxurious. No AC, which seems quite common in the area, but there was no problem keeping the unit cool and comfortable even on warmer days.. My wife and I loved it. We hope to stay again and would recommend to our friends.

Really enjoyed my stay at this rental in Estes Park. Great views of the town. Place was very clean, comfortable and very quiet. Perfect for 1-4 people! Overall a great experience! Will definitely be staying here again on my next EP visit!

The Deer Mtn Loft at Rustic Acres although part of a larger establishment is private, beautifully decorated with a modern rustic mountain vibe, and extremely comfortable. The weekend we visited was a combination of both warm and cool weather. The loft has no a/c but the mountain breezes and fans in the unit kept us cool. And as the temp dropped into the 40’s, the heater and electric fireplace kept us warm. The owners provided all the ammenities we needed and more. Check-in and check out were very easy. We loved the loft and look forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed the cabin. It was very clean well stocked with necessities. The house is near most restaurants and lots of shopping. Our only complaint is it is right next to the highway and with no ac the windows were open so we heard quite a bit of traffic noises.

Very nice & comfortable home. Plenty of space and a short drive to downtown. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with large shower & tub. Great place for a couple or maybe with small children.

Enjoyed our 17th anniversary at Rustic Acre. The space (Deer Mountain) was beautiful and perfect for the 2 of us. The property is close to town so we were able to save on gas and walk to various locations within the town.

Great location for RMNP and perfect for two
We loved this place! We booked very last minute and were so glad to find something so close to downtown Estes. It isn't a bad walk to downtown, but there is also a free shuttle that stops very close by if you don't want to walk or drive downtown. We found the location to be perfect for accessing RMNP as well.
The loft was super cute with fun decor. All of the fixtures were clearly new and it was very comfortable. Nice deck to sit on with good views. We were visited by mule deer and even some Elk right on the property. I was worried about the loft not having AC, but we left the windows open at night and shut everything during the day while we were gone and we did not find it to be too bad, even in July.
I would definitely recommend. Communication with host was clear and very responsive to questions. A good stay!

Amazing loft in a beautiful setting!
We loved this spacious beautiful loft with all the amenities. The view from the deck was breath taking. Centrally located ed which was super convenient for shopping, eating out, and going to RMNP. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway.
The VRBO was very cozy and comfortable! We actually spent more time there relaxing than out and about in town. We had a wonderful peaceful visit!
