It was in a good location and looked clean.
The key card reader was broken off the door, it was still functional but it doesn’t look good. Room had a weird smell when we arrived.

The room was spacious and clean. It was in close proximity to where we needed it to be.
Staff was rude, not compassionate or helpful. The pillows labeled hard were softer than the pillows labeled soft.

It was a good location and it was clean for the most part.
There was almost a 2hr delay in one of our rooms so then had to be moved away from friends we were with. One of our rooms had a big blood stain or something on the bedding. We were told at check in that we could have a late check out if we just let the front desk know. But when doing that we weren't able to because I booked through 3rd party. They didn't want to accommodate us for anything initially but I apparently irritated the girl enough and all they said was we'll give you 1 free night on your next stay....but I still dont show those points added to my account.
