Ocean Front. Whale Watch from Breakfast (a volte si possono vedere le balene dall'appartamento durante la stagione) Scendendo l'ascensore, cammina per 75 piedi e sei nel Sud Pacifico! Wifi gratis. Fibra ottica super veloce. Affacciato sulla tranquilla baia di Salinas e sull'Oceano Pacifico. Durante la stagione, puoi dare un'occhiata alle balene e fare un po 'di osservazione delle balene dal balcone durante la stagione. Vedi alcune tette dai piedi blu come nelle Isole Galapagos nella vicina Ancon. Internet senza fili a La Siesta.
3 camere da letto con aria condizionata 2013 recentemente installato e 3 bagni. Un bagno nel Master e gli altri due si trovano nel corridoio. Uno alla fine del corridoio e uno adiacente alla cucina. Lavatrice e asciugatrice a gas in cucina. 1350 piedi quadrati. + garage all'aperto dietro cancelli. La cucina / sala da pranzo / bar e la grande sala sono tutte collegate in modo che tutte le attività in questa zona abbiano un fronte oceano.
Le attività includono il noleggio di moto d'acqua, i tour di pesca a "Pesca Tours" (possiamo aiutarti a organizzarti se non parli spagnolo), l'osservazione delle balene o semplicemente goderti la spiaggia, abbiamo tutto. Siamo situati su una grande baia poco profonda, ma a dodici miglia dalla riva l'acqua è profonda 19,877 piedi. 'Salinas è il luogo di pesca più noto e offre stagionalmente una buona pesca per il grande marlin a strisce così come il marlin blu e altri pesci selvatici come il tonno a occhio grosso. La parola per mercato in spagnolo è "Mercado", chiedi a chiunque dove si trova. "Donde esta el Mercado por favor?" Dov'è il mercato, per favore?

Highly recommend staying at this unit. Nicely located on the main ocean front drive, but still off the “Main” area from all the noises. The property has wonderful ocean views, great communication from the owners and all that you need to enjoy a vacation. All essentials are at the unit, plenty of room, AC, internet, tv, and most important the awesome ocean! Great fishing as well in Salinas for those that like it.

Highly recommend staying at this unit. Nicely located on the main ocean front drive, but still off the “Main” area from all the noises. The property has wonderful ocean views, great communication from the owners and all that you need to enjoy a vacation. All essentials are at the unit, plenty of room, AC, internet, tv, and most important the awesome ocean! Great fishing as well in Salinas for those that like it.

The unit location right on the beach was close enough yet far enough away from the crowds for a perfect getaway. Unit was clean and the view was spectacular. Ricky was quick to respond to all my questions and needs during my stay . Between the great unit and great communication I couldn't have asked for more

Our Family of 7 stayed there for 5 days. The living room, kitchen, and dining room were very good. The bathrooms need a little more attention. Well located for good restaurants and food markets.

This spacious and fairly modern three bedroom three bath condo is on the sixth floor with a great ocean view. The beds are comfortable and there is also DirecTV and wireless internet. The Internet went down for the last three days of our 9 day stay. There is a landline phone in the unit for local calls.
Building security guys were very helpful with groceries and other minor tasks. The elevator works well, when the power is on. We lost power at least four times in 9 days.
The linens and towels are excellent, the kitchen is well appointed. As is common, there is no oven for baking or roasting. There is a good sized toaster oven, microwave, gas cooktop, refrigerator, and full-sized washer and dryer.
The condo is well situated near good restaurants and just a short walk down the malecon to local establishments. The beach is right across the street from the condo. Couldn't be easier.
The owner was really quick to reply to any requests for information. Would definitely rent from him again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 6-week stay at this very nice and spacious condo. The view was spectacular and loved looking at the small pools formed by the rocks. The distance to most restaurants and stores was only a short pleasant walk down the Malecon. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had--fantastic working with them from beginning to end. This was our second stay in Salinas and by far the more enjoyable. The building guards were very helpful and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped ....critical for a lengthy stay!
We had a couple join the two of us for a couple of weeks and they were equally impressed.
We travel internationally 3-4 months a year and this was a fantastic experience.....thanks to the lovely place, great location, and super owners. We definitely plan to return so save us a spot!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 6-week stay at this very nice and spacious condo. The view was spectacular and loved looking at the small pools formed by the rocks. The distance to most restaurants and stores was only a short pleasant walk down the Malecon. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had--fantastic working with them from beginning to end. This was our second stay in Salinas and by far the more enjoyable. The building guards were very helpful and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped ....critical for a lengthy stay!
We had a couple join the two of us for a couple of weeks and they were equally impressed.

We were met by a very friendly caretaker who helped us with our bags and showed us where to park in the gated area. The unit is on the 5th floor and the open concept living/dining room sliding doors open completely so the views and sounds of the ocean are wonderful. Access to the beach is just an elevator and short walk and then you have miles to discover.
The unit is spacious, comfortable and fairly modern. It is located in a great area walking to distance to many restaurants, bars and the beach. We had a great time

We were met by a very friendly caretaker who helped us with our bags and showed us where to park in the gated area. The unit is on the 5th floor and the open concept living/dining room sliding doors open completely so the views and sounds of the ocean are wonderful. Access to the beach is just an elevator and short walk and then you have miles to discover.

Great view, great condo.
We arrived in salines thanks to the help of Ricky & Uliva. No habla Spanish no problem. The condo is in a fantastic location with a spectacular view of the beach. It is on the end of the malacon so when the town gets rocking, which it defiantly does on the weekends, it was quiet. We came down from Cuanca and were not used to the heat, but the ondo stayed cool. Thank you Ricky for making our stay so fantastic. I will highly recommend this place for anyone.
