Recentemente ristrutturato 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni villa con una splendida vista sull'oceano. La villa ha ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, macchina da caffè Keurig, smart TV a schermo piatto, aria centrale e pavimenti in piastrelle. Letti Queen in entrambe le camere, vasca / doccia combo in un bagno e cabina doccia nel master. Divano letto queen nel soggiorno. Offriamo un abbonamento gratuito alla palestra presso il centro fitness The Players Club (a 2 isolati di distanza) che comprende una piscina coperta e una vasca idromassaggio. Ci sono anche sedie a sdraio e un ombrellone per il vostro uso.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations are exactly as described. The location is very convenient, clean, and safe. Easy to get to the beach. Just the right size for two people but could accommodate 4. The host checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again when we return for our annual HHI getaway. We highly recommend this property!

This was the perfect place for a quick getaway to HHI! The location was perfect! Quick walk to the beach, short drives to Coligny or Harbor Town! The condo was perfect for two people! I wasn’t sure about the layout of the condo with the door being in the bedroom but it worked out great! The bed was very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Smaller than expected but still nice. Thank god for the elevator. 3rd floor view was ok. Beach was awesome very short walk.

Enjoyed the stay. Had everything we needed. There are a couple of finish details on the Reno but nothing that detracted from our stay and I’m sure they will be taken care of.

Kendall was a great host to work with! The condo was clean and comfortable. The space was a little tighter than we thought it would be for 3 people but was still a great location and nicely updated unit. Would be perfect for a couples get away!

Loved the property. The unit is nicely decorated and clean. Love the shower! It’s close walking distance to Coligny and the beach. Could have used some hangers to hang clothes and more hooks in bathroom to hang bath towels. But overall loved the place and would stay again.

We were in between lacrosse trips and needed a getaway. Access to bikes and beach were a plus for this trip. Seeing the fireworks from the balcony was a nice treat too!
The condo was clean and parking was convenient even on a busy holiday week.

Easy to find. Check in was super easy. Very clean with a great view. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Short walk to eating establishments and mall. Short drive to explore different places. Definitely coming back

Everything about our stay-price, interaction with the owner, renovations, amenities, personal touch (anniversary gif) was ABSOLUTELY perfect!

The condo is well equipped, clean and updated. Easy walking distance to Coligny restaurants and shopping area. Beach access is close by. Parking is a little challenging in the complex if you return back after 10PM.

Condo was close to the ocean, bike path, restaurants, and attractions!! Was clean, and the host was always responsive. Good experience!!

The space was perfect for a couple's getaway. Property is right on the beach with easy beach access. Good restaurants in walking distance as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was pretty old however Villa was clean.
Walking distance from beach lot of restaurants in close proximity.
There was a time during my stay elevators didn't work and it made it really hard to climb up 3 stories.
Also Washer/Dryer was not inside the Villa.
Manager was courteous and prompt however she couldn't get the elevator fixed.
Also you get there after flight and drive and coffee is not provided with milk.
Limited trash bags and dishwashing tablets.

A short stay for us, but quite enjoyable. The condo was very comfortable and the Kline family were superb hosts.

This is a great location for a Summer beach stay. I only wish there was a hot tub and more accessible washer & dryer....Please contact me - I found an extra remote in my bag...

Close to Coligny Plaza. Great access to the beach onsite. Two bikes with rental were nice to have. King size bed was comfortable and loved the walk in rain shower! Comfortable seating on the balcony with a view of the ocean. Perfect size for just the two of us.

Just the right size of place for me to rest, relax, and unwind. Communication with Kendall was great - checking in with me making sure I had everything I needed, etc. I will definately come back (soon, I hope!) Added plus - the weather couldn't have been better! Thanks Kendall!

The property was in the perfect spot, right on the beach and close to all the attractions. Bike paths also made it so easy to get around by walking if we wanted to get in some exercise. I also loved having the bikes to go on rides on the beach. Overall, it was a great vacation and the villa was nice and homey.

Condo works great for beach visit. Small, basic condo that is comfortable for 2 adults.

Location couldn’t be much better!
No real “extras” provided. We had two K-cups for coffee for a 4 night stay and barley enough toilet paper. And, no umbrella. But, none of that was promised. We would stay here again.

Great location! Close to the beach with a nice ocean view from the balcony. Nice bonus beach chairs and bikes that can be borrowed. We also liked that the door had a key code so we didn't have to worry about having a key or room card to carry around.
