ISLA VERDE BEST LOCATION! COMPLETELY REMODELED OCEAN VIEW LUXURY APARTMENT.
Questo lussuoso appartamento si trova nel cuore della zona di Isla Verde, di fronte al San Juan Hotel & Intercontinental Hotel. L'appartamento è molto grande con 700 piedi quadrati di spazio e ha A / C completo. Ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, una grande camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e Smart TV con accesso a Nexflix, Hulu e TV via cavo con Wi-Fi ad alta velocità .. Inoltre ha un bagno completo, sala da pranzo e soggiorno, con un incredibile balcone con una bellissima vista sull'oceano. L'appartamento offre anche un parcheggio sotterraneo, una bella piscina e un campo da tennis. Ci sono ristoranti, hotel a 5 stelle, casinò, farmacie, negozi e negozi a pochi passi dalla spiaggia in un'area da 1 a 4 miglia. Ci sono mezzi pubblici come autobus, taxi o puoi persino raggiungere a piedi molte di queste località. Condividi la spiaggia con El San Juan Hotel and Casino della porta accanto e visita i locali notturni che la gente del posto viene a ballare salsa e merengue a un isolato di distanza, o semplicemente prendi le nostre sedie da spiaggia sotto le palme e guarda il mondo che passa.

Perfect spot 2 blocks from ocean, has beautiful view from balcony, beach chairs, and coolers provided made beach days easier. Host responded fast. I'd book again!!

Very nice condo in a great location - pictures are very accurate. Across the street from a very nice beach and a large hotel/casino. Several stores and restaurants within walking distance. Carlos was a great host and was very responsive to any questions . Due to proximity to airport you do hear planes taking off

What a wonderful treat it was to stay here! The condo was spacious and nicely decorated, plus it had a lot of dishes and utensils to make simple cooking an easy start to the day. The pool was bigger than we expected and nicely maintained. Security was excellent, with keys required to enter the grounds, the building, and the condo itself. We spent quite a bit of time just enjoying the sea view from the balcony. The shower was quite nice and had excellent water pressure. The building is a very quick drive from the airport and the surrounding neighborhood has quite a few restaurants and bars to suit every taste. We enjoyed Lupi's (one block east) and Faccio Pizza (about a ten-minute walk west), in particular. Finally, Carlos was a GREAT host. He was responsive and didn't seem to mind my many questions on our first day, considering that I could have found the info I needed if I'd taken an extra minute to look a bit more.I'm not sure when or if we'll be able to return to PR, but if we do, I know where we're staying, no question!

The unit was accurately described and pictured -how for reasons of location, construction, and acoustics noise levels were extreme from 10 pm to 6am, loud,apparently drunk groups from the Fairmont hotel across the street into the early am coupled with loud road noise ( music blaring and exaggerated engine noise ) that radiate up to unit make a night’s sleep impossible.
