Bel condominio al 4 ° piano con una vista perfetta della spiaggia e surf. Dispone di 9 piedi soffitti dandogli un tocco arioso, e un ampio balcone con accesso sia dal soggiorno e camera matrimoniale. Questa è una proprietà fronte spiaggia ben attrezzata e ben tenuta nella tranquilla zona di West Beach di Costa del Golfo. E 'anche vicino a ristoranti, negozi di souvenir e un negozio. Cucina è dotata di ripiani in granito, nuovi elettrodomestici per la cucina sostituiti nel 2016 e completamente attrezzata con pentole e utensili da cucina per chi ama cucinare a casa.

Perché il proprietario Chose Isola Royale: La nostra prima visita al Gulf Shores è stata una scoperta incredibile per entrambi e quando abbiamo trovato il nostro appartamento ci siamo innamorati con esso e la sensazione di comfort e calore ha fornito. Sapendo che viviamo e lavoriamo in Texas ci impedirà di godere l'anno luogo perché non condividerlo con gli altri e spero che vi darà la pace e la tranquillità che sperimentiamo ogni volta che visiteremo.
Qui ci sono alcuni fattori decisivi abbiamo considerato quando si effettua questo condominio la nostra seconda casa: Il suono della risacca. La spiaggia è proprio lì a portata di mano !! Nove soffitto piede dà la nostra casa un tocco spazioso. Niente di tutto ciò intrappolato in un sentimento scatola di scarpe. Elegantemente arredato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole Il nostro appartamento è al quarto piano. Abbastanza vicino per sentire il surf, ma non troppo alto per causare un sangue dal naso. Il complesso è molto ben attrezzata con una piscina interna / esterna, palestra, sauna e Jacuzzi. Ampia spazioso balcone. A pochi passi da ristoranti e negozi. Inoltre, forniamo servizi quali connessione internet wireless incluso nel canone di locazione.

glad you have a rocking chair thats a plus
Well stocked kitchen however we had to use the wok to make our omelete which was a little rough so i bought a small frying pan and left it for you. Glad you have a dishwasher but paper plates are so much easier so i left some for you.
Good lighting but could have used a nightlight in the guest bathroom..
Nice selection of wine glasses but no cork screw.
Safety issues it woukd be safer for all involved if the bath mats were none skid/slip. Also grab bars in bathrooms could also add a measure of safety.
Really enjoyed our stay but you need a new guest book for comments. I have pictures of 2 cleaning issues that need to be addressed, but i dont know how to send them to you. One is how dirty the floor is and the other is how filthy one commode was.

The location, condo, cleanliness, ocean view was all perfect. Of all the places I’ve stayed this was the best! Our family enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to stay!!

The property owners are very nice! There was an issue with the fridge and even though the owners were out of the country someone was sent promptly.
The location is to die for!! Perfect area, perfect view and close to everything!
This isn’t the property owners fault, but the cleaning service needs to step up their game. There was sand on the floor, hair from the previous vacationers on the floor and sink counter, and I had to wash the quilt and shams of the bed in the master bedroom; there was makeup and other smudges on them. We did not use the second bedroom, but both bedrooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are a nice size.
The condo is lovely, very modern, very welcoming, and very spacious!
I highly recommend this owner and property!

My friends and I go to Gulf Shores every summer. It gives us a chance to get away and reconnect. We loved this condo because it was right on the beach with easy access. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the higher ceilings and the decor. The price was great for all of the amenities. We will definitely be back next year!

The entire process, from booking to leaving was incredibly user friendly with the owners providing very clear information about the process. The condo was extremely clean and very well equipped. The complex is clean and very accessible with security on site in the parking lot. And, the view of the beach from the room is just perfect. We were very happy with the entire facility and will stay here again sometime.

David and Hiam are amazing. We had a mix up with my husbands work schedule and they were so amazing with working with us, she even let us trade our week for the week they had planned. So blessed to have booked with them!

Excellent location
Our trip was amazing the condo was very clean . We had a nice balcony off the master and living room. Perfect pool and beach access with wonderful ocean views. David and Hiam are excellent host and I recommend this property highly. Gulf Shores is gorgeous with must to do and great food. We highly recommend Mikees seafood great place for food and drinks . Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. !

Our family rented this condo for our first beach vacation. The condo was very neat and clean. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and laundry as well as two bathrooms. We loved being right on the beach and able to head out for a walk or to look for shells anytime we wanted. It was also nice to have the pool. This was our first VRBO and it was a great experience. We would absolutely here again.
