Beautiful condo, great location with access to Ocean Club West amenities. 5 minute walk through the resort to beautiful Grace Bay beach. Condo is exactly as the pictures show. Very well appointed. The owner Louise has thought of everything. Very easy, quick response from Louise when we had any questions. Walking distance to the grocery store as well as many amazing restaurants and shops. People on the island are very friendly and helpful. A cell phone was supplied that made it super easy to book restaurant reservations and call taxis when we ventured to other dining locations and to see other parts of the island. Would not hesitate to book again or recommend to friends and family.

The property was in good shape and roomy plus had everything we needed. The resort itself was very nice and we access to both this one and its sister resort which we used both. The resort is an easy walk to a bunch of great restaurants.

We have travelled 5 times to the area. I want to say that the reviews do not do the condo and the host justice. This is the best location on Grace Bay. Any more to the West and the wind picks up on the beach. Any more to the East and you need a car/taxi. 5 minutes or less to the beach through the nice grounds of OCW. Between 5 and 10 minutes to absolutely everything in terms of restaurants and groceries. The condo "has everything" is an understatement. Everythingn the condo has is of very good quality, which is very unusual. Typically, the pans are cheap and beat up. Not so here. There is every possible size of everything. I have travelled extensively and this is rather unusual for a condo. But bring your own knives if you like to cook -- we did. But it would be unreasonable to expect a sharp expensive knife at a rental. Layout of the condo is very good, the balcony is awesome. The are flippers, masks, tennis racquets, rock shoes, games, books, kids stuff - there is absolutely everythign you can think of. Enjoy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Louise's condo. The property was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Louise was a wonderful hostess and helped make the trip a success.

Great location, easily walkable to multiple great restaurants. Condo had everything we needed for our trip and communication was great!

The condo is gorgeous. Everything you could want is there at your fingertips. The only issue we had, we could never get the tv to work despite trying all of the 3 remotes. One would turn on the tv but nothing would ever appear on screen. Not a huge issue for us but could be to some. The condo is a long walk to the beach. If you get to the beach and forget something, it’s going to be 20 minutes before you get back to the beach. The beach and beach chairs are fantastic. The beachfront bar is also great. The pool does not offer a beach view which I’m not fond of but it is a nice pool. Very close walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend Seven for dinner. Best meal of the whole trip. All in all I’d stay here again.

Our family of four, including two teenagers, stayed at OCW in Louise’s condo. We could not say enough about how happy we were with both the resort and the condo! Louise was excellent with communication throughout the process and checked in with us while on vacation. She was also helpful in arranging transportation to/from the airport. The condo was very clean and the furnishings and amenities were fantastic! The layout with two BR/full BA was perfect for our family. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio! The location at OCR is in the back of the resort and in a 3 story building, so there are steps, but we didn’t mind. The resort is in one of the best locations in Grace Bay! Like others have mentioned, with a short walk you can visit a grocery store, many amazing restaurants, shops, coffee and ice cream. We felt very safe walking around the resort and on the street at night as there were many other families and people doing the same. Ocean Club West has a perfect location in front of the world-renowned Grace Bay beach! We were amazed at not only the color of the water, but how clean and calm it was. We spent hours peacefully floating and enjoying the scenery. This resort is amazing in that it is on the smaller side, beautiful and not commercialized. You can walk through it easily without getting lost and there were chairs and umbrellas easily available at all times throughout the day at both pool and beach! The value of a stay at this property is incredible!

Excellent condo with two nice size rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen with everything that we need during the stay. Louise is a great owner and she gave us all the information and tips inside the island. Great communication with her before and during the stay. The best area in the world famous Grace Bay beach. Fantastic beach and great hotel amenities. The condo is inside the hotel area and it is a few steps from the pool and tennis courts. Many restaurants close to the condo and a fancy supermarket with everything that you need in a walking distance. Will be back to Turks soon and will definitely stay in Ocean Plaza West 306. We were very happy to stay at the Ocean Club Plaza Unit #306 condo. It is located right off the famous "Grace Bay Beach" with every type of restaurant and retail shopping within walking distance. The place was well maintained, clean, very comfortable for our family of three, wonderfully equipped and felt like home, away from home. Our week in TCI was memorable and we will definitely look to stay here again should the opportunity arise. Louise was brilliant in detailing/describing with great accuracy the facility, was responsive throughout the whole process and we never had any issue arise during our time there. The value of staying in this unit at the Ocean Club Plaza condo in the midst of high dollar hotels is greatly understated.

We had a wonderful trip and the accommodations were perfect. The beds were comfortable, the place was very well stocked, and the decor is beautiful. The outdoor furniture was also lovely. We loved the access to the pool and beach and local restaurants. Louise is wonderful! Every detail is communicated. We will be back!

Wonderful location that provided views of the mainland and garden properties on the path to the #1 beach in the WORLD !!! -- our hosts provided more then we could have hoped for to make our short walk to the beach just a "chit-chat" and whoa!! the view and coral crushed beach.....can't say more, have to experience it yourself. stay healthy!

We had an amazing vacation! Louise truly thought of everything you could possibly need. It had all the amenities of the resort with the ability to the excursions we wanted and hit all the best restaurants T&C has to offer.

We absolutely loved this condo. We had the resort amenities and the quiet of a private condo. The balcony is a great size. The host and property manager were right on top of things. We really loved this place. The swimming pool is AMAZING!

This condo is perfect for those that want a prime location near the beach and shops. We could walk to the grocery stores and most restaurants. We loved being able to use the Ocean Club West amenities as well. The place has two bathrooms which is perfect for families and a washer and dryer. Our family enjoyed our stay!

Louise's property was really nice, centrally located, 3rd floor walk up with a lovely balcony. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a generously sized living area and full kitchen. Everything was very clean and tidy. This was our second time staying at the Ocean Club West Plaza and we feel it is a great value...you get 95% of the amenities of the Ocean Club West resort at 50% of the cost. Everything smooth with Louise and her manager Tashena. Would highly recommend!

My review of this place probably would have been higher, but we had a horrible experience with the staff on our first day. We've been to Provo 4 times and this was the worst experience. After 12 hours of travel we walked in to the room 1 hour after our check-in time to find the cleaning/maintenance crew still there. The washer/dryer was torn out of the wall being fixed, and the room was a mess. I called the onsite Property Manager to find out what was going on and she was extremely rude. When she showed up at the condo, I asked how long this was going to take and the first words out of her mouth was “You better stay quiet for your own good” and proceeded to yell some other things that's way too much to mention in a review. I was mind blown. The maintenance guys then did something to the washer/dryer that made the electric go out. Seemed like they were getting ready to walk out and leave it that way until my fiancé mentioned that was unacceptable. Our washer/dryer didn’t work the whole trip which is one of the most important amenities we look for in a condo. I also asked twice to have the twin beds pushed together as mentioned in the listing, and it wasn’t done. We had to do it ourselves. The listing Location Type says this condo is “part of the popular Ocean Club Resorts” but when we went to check in as mentioned in the check in instructions, the front desk told us that they are not affiliated. In addition, we were told to mention Louise’s name to get a 10% discount at Caicos Wheels car rental and they had no idea what we were talking about. The condo itself is not a bad property and at least we had access to the beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. The patio is also very large and a nice place to hang out, but the road gets very noisy. Overall, like I said not a bad place but my experience was tainted from the first night. The least they could have done was give us a heads up that work was still being done so we didn’t walk in to a house full of people. I will personally not stay here again.

Washing machine sounded like it was going to takeoff and fly away, it didn’t rinse the clothes well. I got the wrong number from the owner for the property manager. So I didn’t speak with her till the next day. Luckily, the door was unlocked and the cleaning lady let us in. The double bed was very squeaky. My friends told me. There wasn’t much amenities, no salt and we ran out of toilet paper. We had a wonderful week though. The resort was beautiful.

This is our 4th time in Turks and Caicos and it was wonderful to have a home away from home! Louise was very responsive throughout the booking process and her property manager available for any of our needs.

The property is in an excellent location on Grace Bay with lot of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very responsive and very helpful to all of our needs. While the 3rd floor deck did not face the water, the furniture was very comfortable and a great place to relax in the evening.

Excellent value considering beach & pool access at ocean club west. Condo very clean, comfortable. Please do be aware it is on the 3rd floor, no elevator (not suitable for individuals with disabilities). Louise the owner was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the keys / door lock. The apartment manager however was completely off the grid and unreachable. Louise handled the problem so in the end we were ok but would be advisable to ensure local property manager is more responsive.

Easy process and checkin/checkout

The condo nice and clean and has a beautiful patio where watch the sunrise each morning. Terrific location to the shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

The unit and property were just perfect! Louise has thought of just everything you could possibly need in paradise. The unit is beautiful, spacious, and location is ideal. Short walk to town. Louise communicated with us and even gave us tips for the island. She is a wonderful host and made our vacation worry free. We highly recommend and would stay again should we visit Turks and Caicos in the future. Truly magnificent!

Very nice condo within walking distance of the town! Short walk to the beautiful beach and loved having use of the resort's beach chairs. There is a beach bar, albeit expensive like everything else in Provo. :-) Pool is also very nice and quiet. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Great deck to relax on, and even though location is on the main road, the condo was very quiet. Beds were too soft for us, but that may just be us. We appreciated having the beach chairs and beach bags to use for trips to other beaches. Boogie boards were a perk, too, although need replacing. The one issue we had was with the front desk at Ocean Club West. They weren't very friendly and told us we couldn't use the shuttle to go to Ocean Club East because we were staying at the Plaza. Also, be aware that you have to use the white beach towels in the condo. Plaza renters cannot use the towels given out to Ocean Club West renters (not sure why).
