Beautiful XVIII Century Farm House with swimming pool. Near Sorrento
Porzione di un bellissimo casale del XVIII secolo con vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Napoli. Massalubrense offre il lato mare più bello con acque limpide e spiagge rocciose da raggiungere facilmente in auto (5 km per la spiaggia di Marina del Cantone) oa piedi (Marina della Lobra, il piccolo porto di Massalubrense, dove è possibile nuotare o noleggiare una barca per nuotare lungo la costa).. La casa è stata magnificamente restaurata nel 1975, lasciando il suo carattere antico. La casa è arredata in modo confortevole. Un giardino è a disposizione degli ospiti, con vista sul golfo di Napoli, circondato da limoni e uliveti.
Parcheggio privato per 2 auto all'interno della proprietà. L'accesso alla proprietà avviene attraverso un 50 mt. strada privata lunga e max 2 metri non adatta a sport o auto di grandi dimensioni. Su richiesta è disponibile il servizio di pulizie.
Piano terra: soggiorno con zona pranzo, cucina (completamente attrezzata), 1 bagno con doccia, 1 camera matrimoniale con vasca. Primo piano: una camera doppia. Secondo piano (accessibile tramite scala esterna) una camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, una camera doppia, bagno con doccia. Impianto di riscaldamento centralizzato.

Our family of 6 adults had an excellent time staying here. We enjoyed being a bit out from all the tourist areas. Massa is a great village, very welcoming and all the restaurants/shops our host recommended were excellent. We walked daily to the village and often took a bus from there. It was central for the things we wanted to do. Vicky was a kind and generous host using her car to assist us in bringing our luggage up the steep hill to the house. The house was everything you would expect from a converted 18 century farm house, quaint, charming and a lot of character. I will say we were a bit surprised by the distance to the pool from the house but enjoyed the view and walk through the lemon field. If visiting this area again we will certainly reach out to see if this home is available .

Lovely converted house, swimming pool set in lemon grove, both with views over the Gulf of Naples. Short walk to the town of Massa Lubrense. Vicky was a very warm and welcoming host.

Thank you Ludovica for everything. My guests and I had a wonderful time at your house. We were all pleased with the location. There was just a short bus ride to Sorrento and from there we could go anywhere we wanted. Ludovica was extremely helpful even giving us a ride to Sorrento to catch the train to Sorrento on our last day. The housekeeper was amazing. She came in on Saturdays and cleaned, changed all of the linens, etc. The whole stay was exceptional

We stayed at Ludovica's property for a three-generation family vacation. The space was well equipped and beautifully appointed, especially the lovely terrace which we enjoyed in the mornings and the evenings when the temperatures were cool enough to sit there. We appreciated the fact that each of the bedrooms had its own bathroom—very useful for a group of this size. The location is handy for visiting other spots on the Gulf of Naples, though without a car (because we were such a large group) we were reliant on the sometimes rather costly but admirably efficient local taxi company to get us around. There was a wonderful swimming spot off the rocks at Marina della Lobra which was a 15-20 minutes walk away down and up a very steep path—not suitable for the infirm or out of shape. Ludovica was very helpful before our arrival and during our stay; we especially appreciated her recommendation of the restaurant Da Michele in Marina della Lobra. We were delighted to discover this part of Italy and look forward to visiting the area again.
