Beautiful spacious home with all the amenities you may need. Very clean and organized home which made for a comfortable stay for myself, my husband and 2 little kids. Nice quiet neighborhood with huge yard/play area

We had another great stay at this property (our second time). We like the proximity to the lake and town. My kids love all of the space and games to play. This was a perfect size for our family of four, allowing each kid to have their own room. House was exactly as expected. We hope to stay again.

The house was clean and just as described. Check in was seamless and convenient. Location to everything was awesome. The house felt like a home not a sterile environment you sometimes get at rentals.

We just got back from a wonderful stay at this property. The owner and property manager were very attentive to us while we were there. The property manager met us at the home to give us a quick tour and answered our texts almost immediately throughout our visit. She had some great recommendations for restaurants, sledding and skiing. She also efficiently helped us with one issue at the home. The home was clean with lots of nice amenities. There were little gift bags of toiletries for things that we may have forgotten at home. The games were fun and the loft area was very cute for children. If we come back to Big Bear, we hope that this home will be available for us to stay again.

We had a lovely time here. It was our first experience in the CA mountains. We enjoyed the cooler weather & seeing the sites. My teen grandson & his friend had a great time with all the outdoor activities. The house was in a great location! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Had such a fun weekend at the cabin! Couldn’t believe how welcoming and easy everything was. Nicki met us there to check us in and explain everything we needed to know and assure us that she was just a phone call if we needed anything at all.
This was one of the most well stocked vacation rental I’ve ever seen! The kitchen had everything you need to cook with and there were even little baskets in the bathrooms with toiletries in case someone forgets a toothbrush or razor. What a nice thing to do:)

Great home for a nice Christmas get away! House is big and spacious, a lot nicer than the pictures can tell you. Loved the Open space from the leaving room to the dining room to the kitchen. Very homey feel. We loved to cook all of our meals, only wished they provided a blender.

More than enough space for everyone to spread out and the common areas being open concept is a plus. You can see everything. The communication between the property manager and even the owner was great. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We spent a wonderful week cooking, playing games and some fishing. This beautifully decorated cabin had3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a comfortable recreation area as well as a completely equipped kitchen. Kids enjoyed air hockey and electronic darts. We look forward to returning.

If you love a view, you are in walking distance of the lake. If you just want to kick back and relax there is a wrap around porch with lounge chairs to soak up the sun while reading a good book and if you want to be entertained at night there is air hockey, dart board, games and puzzles for bring your video equipment. We brought visual reality and had a blast.

My son and his family joined my wife and me for a week long summer stay. (Unfortunately, we chose a particularly hot week.) The house has all the modern conveniences for a Big Bear stay: very well equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms including a very nice master, a loft with two single beds for kids (but it collects heat from the kitchen and gets pretty hot up there), tv's, games, fireplace (not used), washer/dryer, etc. Parking is easy. The house is well distanced from nearby homes. It has a lovely porch with comfortable outdoor furniture. It more than met our needs and we enjoyed staying in it. It was a good choice.

This home was so cozy and clean, and very updated. Just the right size for our family and the kids loved the air hockey and swing hook games! Donna and Brad were quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Very family friendly with lots to do just in the cabin itself. It's close to food and entertainment as well. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and the loft with toys, books, and movies.

Bear Landing was fantastic. My 7 year-old said that we were never leaving. Great location, close to lake, skiing and the Village. Plenty of space, good size family room, dining area, kitchen and gaming area with darts and air hockey which the kids loved. 3 comfortable bedrooms, plus a loft for the kids. We'll look to stay at Bear Landing on our next trip to Big Bear.

Our stay in Big Bear was wonderful. A large snow storm hit the day we arrived. It was difficult getting in and out of the road to the house and we did not know where we should park since there was a foot of snow everywhere. We have an all wheel drive Subaru and needed chains to get in and out.Other than the road and where to park, our trip was wonderful. The house was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids, ages 20 and 15. We were able to make all our meals at the house, play in the snow, and enjoy our long weekend in the mountains. The whole family had fun playing games and spending time with each other. We never even turned on the television.

Good house, plenty of room and a great value for this spacious property. My adult kids (25&39) came up for a quick getaway for my birthday. We were excited about the location and the available games in the cabin as we didn’t expect to get out much. We were particularly excited about air hockey. It was a selling point for us since we are all air hockey lovers. The pucks were split and both needed to be replaced, it rendered the game unplayable. Great dart board but no usable darts. But we did play several fun rounds of horseshoes, so that made it worthwhile. Otherwise a good spot to take a family for a getaway.

Great location in walking distance to the marina, where we rented a pontoon and went for evening strolls around the harbor. Spacious outdoor area with plenty of seating on the deck. Interior is remodeled and decor is adorable. Very clean and modern. The kids loft upstairs was a big hit, although it gets a bit stuffy up there. They do provide a fan upstairs. Check in and checkout instructions are clear. Made for an easy and relaxing stay. I wish the string lights on the deck worked but there was no extension cord to plug them in. The master bedroom gets a bit cold at night but there is a small space heater that helped. One thing to make note of is that it says the cabin sleeps 8 (which is apparently due to current COVID regulations) but in the email and on the signs at the cabin it states 10 person max. Overall we had a great stay and the canine as perfect for our family.

We spend time in Big Bear every year...never have we rented the same place twice...but we will back to Donna and Brads! The house is fantastic; nicely updated, view of the lake, great kitchen, comfy living room, plenty of space, easily accommodates a few families staying together and the location is perfect - about 1.5 miles to the village. I’m a big trail runner/hiker so their location is also perfect for accessing the Pine Knot, Knickerbocker and Skyline Trails - only 1 mile to trail head.
