We absolutely loved our beach house trip to Newport!! The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms, nice sized kitchen and cute balcony for people watching. This location is so close to the beach, no need to pack up your car and drive anywhere. My kids walked across the street to a coffee shop a few of the mornings. We also door dashed dinner a few nights and Vons is super close for groceries. We also brought our electric bikes with us as there’s a bike lane right in front of the house. You have 3 parking spots in the back of the house which is super convenient. The coin op laundry is a plus! Don’t forget your quarters!! Brian was super nice and we can’t wait to book our Newport trip for next summer! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beach house!

We loved our stay in this lovely, clean beach house! It was surreal to be so close to the beach- it's been a dream of mine to do this. We loved that we could park our cars and spend the rest of our vacation on our bikes to ride on the boardwalk to different meals and activities.
The Morgan and Diane were amazing and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed in order to have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Best Vacation We've Had!
We loved our stay in this lovely, clean beach house! It was surreal to be so close to the beach- it's been a dream of mine to do this. We loved that we could park our cars and spend the rest of our vacation on our bikes to ride on the boardwalk to different meals and activities.
The Morgan and Diane were amazing and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed in order to have a comfortable and memorable stay.
This was the best vacation we've had as a family!

Great time!
Family and I had a great time! We cooked up a feast and had zero issues with the appliances. All beds were comfortable and their is plenty of room in living/dining area. Some of us took advantage of the balcony and enjoyed the weather and yes, it is a quick walk to the beach! Brian is easy to communicate with and was helpful throughout the process!

The beach house was perfect for the end of our Disneyland vacation. The location is great Beach, coffee shops, great restaurants, absolutely perfect for our large family. The beds were really comfortable and Brian was really easy to work with. No problems!! Super happy. We were just sad we couldn’t stay longer. Thanks!!!!

Family paradise!
The location couldn't be better! We love Newport and this was an amazing experience. Brian was helpful before I committed as I had questions regarding my mother's condition. The beds were amazingly comfortable, which I never expect in a VRBO...what a treat. The boys ALL loved it, and we focused on family time vs. coordinating treks to the beach. Kitchen table is solid and could play two board games at once. Forgot water - go back to house? Need a snack - no problem! We can't wait to go back next year:)
