Breakfast and Dinner spread is good and quite vast...Overall facilities are good, Pool at 2nd floor is superb
Everything is good ..wish Breakfast/Dinner has Dates, also the Wish Chapati/Roti is made available made of Wheat and NOT Maida....Bdesh is Famous for River Fish - Could not Find Ilsha / Raghu (sad)..but thats fine

Nasneen Sultana at the front desk was very polite, welcoming and professional. My wife and I are from the UK, and she made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The service throughout our stay was excellent and the hotel had a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Nothing in particular. We had a very pleasant stay and everything was handled professionally.

Need to give customer care training.
I don’t get enough helps from the staffs. Accept one room boy only . I ask from the receptionist and some of the staffs to help to get taxes but they refuse. This is my first time to receive this type of answer from the Hotel crew members.. and my checkout day (morning 7:30) after my breakfast the restaurant manager took breakfast charge (cash) from me and my wife. But before I entered the restaurant I ask the receptionist to take breakfast they said we can. I asked it because I handover my room keys.
