Om Home si trova a Gleneden Beach, a cinque minuti di auto a sud di Lincoln City. Questa casa vacanze si trova su una sponda alta che si affaccia sullo splendido Oceano Pacifico. Questa casa a tre livelli ha tre camere da letto, due bagni e un ascensore per coloro che non sono in grado di utilizzare le scale. With 2 handicap adults and the kitchen on the 3rd floor,having an indoor elevator was so nice, view was 5 stars, the erosion on the 50’ cliff in backyard is substantial and hopefully the house will still be there in a couple years..? Small maintenance issues, wheels missing on dishwasher rack, 2nd floor toilet handle sticks, yard had lots of stickers and weeds, 1 kitchen chair was very wobbly, walking score is a 2, very narrow roads with steep inclines, driving to public access beaches a must but was less than a mile. All 5 of us adults ranging from 96 yrs old to 48 years old had a very relaxing time and the house met everyone’s needs, hope to stay here again next year!

What a lovely view! We enjoyed the home and since Mom uses a walker, really loved the elevator so that she could easily move from floor to floor. Great open floor plan for games, puzzles and visiting.
We had a challenge with move in but that was resolved to our satisfaction.

The house was perfect for our family and we all had fun. The backyard was now the same as in the pictures though, it was tiny and there was no space for my kids to play. Another thing was that there was sand on the inside, I get that it’s a beach house but still a quick vacuum would of been nice..

Beautiful View
The view here is fantastic, however there are many issues with the property. Beach access is described as across the street, it is 3/4 of a mile down the road. It is also described as having two twin beds. It does not. The decor is jaded and needs a facelift. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Schorzman stay at Gleneden Beach!
Your directions were spot on, check-in was easy once I remembered the star at the end! House was clean and ready for us. Easy walk to beach access. Very cool views from the deck and main floor. Very easy to come back to the house and hang out from day at the beach or to Lincoln City or Depot Bay. Our family had a fantastic time and my girls 6 & 9 are already planning another trip! Very well done and very well accepted! Will use Vrbo again for our next Oregon beach trip, which I have been informed will be a yearly trip or sooner!

The view from the 3rd floor living space is amazing, as the house is about 80 feet above sea level. Two of the three bedrooms are huge. Beds and furniture were comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. There is an elevator so you don't have to haul your things up steps.
The listing said beach access was "across the street," but it is actually about 1/3 mile away and down a fairly steep slope. So be prepared if hauling kids and their things. Also, the listing did not say anything about parking, other than that it was available. When we were told we could not park our RV at the rental, the property manager told us we could leave the RV at a grocery store lot about 3 miles away. We called the grocery store to confirm, and the manager said they had no such arrangement with any properties. He was kind enough to let us park there anyway (and accepted no payment), since we checked in with him ahead of time. Had we not made prior arrangements, the store manager said he would have had our RV towed as abandoned. Maybe it was implied that I would need to check in with the grocery store, but the property management company did not mention it on the phone.

Spring Break Beach getaway with kids
Had a great 2 night getaway with our daughter and another couple and their daughter. The home was perfect, the view was awesome, beach access wasn’t right out the back door, but wasn’t too far down the road. OverAll had a great time and would definitely do it again.

If your musically inclined there's an electric organ available in one of the rooms. Or go for the one of board games for game night.
I would recommend this home to any looking for an actual relaxing time at the coast. Your conveniently located between Depoe Bay and Lincoln City so dining and shopping options are close at hand.

The house was very dusty and dirty, We take our shoes off in our houses, and in the OM house our socks were very dirty. Everything was very dusty. The oven was gross. This house needs a major deep cleaning. I will say the counters in the kitchen were clean, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. For the high rent of this property, we were disappointed.

Wasn't clean as we are used to. Sand on floor..only given two garbage bags..had to buy more..four laundry pads..again had to buy some...beach access was within walking distance...but. if again in your group is out of shape... you will not be able to get to. Beach...you have to use a rope to help climb up steep slope... and come only a four cup coffee pot....wasn't enough to fill one of our cups

A few things that will make any stay better: 1. bring garbage bags: they do supply some but with 7 people garbage fills up and the bags provided are thin and tear easily. Luckily we had some large yard bags with us 2. The walk to the beach is not easy but if you can find the next entrance to the beach (which we found by accident) it will be easier to get down to the beautiful Oregon beach. 3. There was not enough forks to have multiple meals. We brought plastic which helped. 4. If you plan to hang any clothing bring hangars. There are a few but not enough for 7 to share. 5. Master bedroom on top floor has a skylight that is right above the bed. If you don’t mind waking up at sunrise this room is perfect. 6. BBQ is briquettes which we love, however, the bbq is on the level below the kitchen/dining area and no stairs from the upper deck. 7. DVD/vhs is available but the selection of videos was not much to be desired. 8. Bring chairs if you want to sit outside. Wonderful home with a great view! Multiple areas to sit and visit and places to be alone with the beach if you choose. The elevator was incredibly helpful for my guests with mobility issues (and for getting heavy luggage upstairs).
Overall cleanliness was ok. Several areas need a good wipe down to remove dust and cobwebs. There was a leak under the sink. The mattress in the hide a bed couch is stained. The bathrooms and living spaces were clean and the house smelled nice. There were several towels which was great! Mattresses were wonderful as were the pillows. The back yard is shrinking due to erosion but there was still enough area to sit on the patio. Overall wonderful home that allowed us to make many wonderful memories

A good floor plan for a family, with an elevator which was a lifesaver for transporting luggage vertically. Parking is limited, and the driveway is a little hidden but eventually able to figure it out for ingress and egress.
We had one hot day, and tried to use the AC, but the floor registers were so clogged with debris that the air was unable to circulate. The ducting looked even worse, but how often do you need cool air at the beach? Did kill a spider in the master suite on our last day.
The biggest disappointment was the beach access. It was farther to the only local walking public entry point than advertised, and the downslope was not city maintained. The result was an extremely treacherous trek either way, which my wife was unwilling to repeat after one try. The locals have anchored a rope assist, which tells you even they have trouble navigating this approach.

Great family retreat
Wonderful home with a great view! Multiple areas to sit and visit and places to be alone with the beach if you choose. The elevator was incredibly helpful for my guests with mobility issues (and for getting heavy luggage upstairs).

We loved the location and stunning views. The top floor balcony and ground floor deck were the best parts of the home. The two beds were comfortable but the futon in the third bedroom was totally unusable. The whole place needs a deep clean - so must dust and cobwebs and general dinginess. But we chose it for the view and were not disappointed. We were shocked by the unresponsiveness and then hostility of Oregon Beach Vacations who manages the property.

The views are amazing! Great location also. The house not so much. We found the home to be downright dirty! You could write in the dust. And the beds had dirty sheets on them. And the downstairs bed wreaked of urine!! Absolutely disgusted. We were so unhappy we left a day early. We never stay there again.

Property description was not as described. No starter kit provided for any rooms. Drive way needs repair. Door to home, and yard covered with overgrown shrubbery. Outside Code lock dirty, entry area floor dirty with dirt & leaves tracked in from outside, my son swept Windows dirty with cobwebs and dirty black dirt & mildew in window sills throughout the om home. All the kitchen dishes silverware, glasses dirty our children had to wash before use. Refrigerator dirty, freezer ice cubes left in frig had black mildew on .Dirty red liquid spilled in freezer had to clean. Skillet, pots and pans not suitable to cook meals in ,no decent casseroles to bake in.
Floors in bad condition need repair. Rugs left our socks black. All statues tables were dusty. To add injury to insult a card was left with Jennifer name on it stating the home had been thoroughly cleaned on May 19,2021 but we arrived on may22 2021.our sheets in upper bedroom sheets had dirt and food crumbs on bottom and top sheets so we had to sleep on couches. Next day house keeping said they would change beds but we would all have to leave and go outside due to corvid 19,which we could not be in the rain so our children made the beds. No extra blankets were provided. So our trip with our daughter from Texas and our newly married son and his wife from Vancouver was not an enjoyable fun filled trip with fond memories as was expected. We are all left with unacceptable memories and a terrible beach experience at OM home. With so many minuses we would like a refund .Your earliest respond to this matter would be greatly appreciated

FYI as we were leaving a man showed up and did not show any ID and said he didn't know anyone was in the homes said he had come to do some repairs. So we did not let him in.
Floors in bad condition need repair. Rugs left our socks black. All statues tables were dusty. To add injury to insult a card was left with Jennifer name on it stating the home had been thoroughly cleaned on May 19,2021 but we arrived on may22 2021.our sheets in upper bedroom sheets had dirt and food crumbs on bottom and top sheets so we had to sleep on couches. Next day house keeping said they would change beds but we would all have to leave and go outside due to corvid 19,which we could not be in the rain so our children made the beds. No extra blankets were provided. So our trip with our daughter from Texas and our newly married son and his wife from Vancouver was not an enjoyable fun filled trip with fond memories as was expected. We are all left with unacceptable memories and a terrible beach experience at OM home. With so many minuses we would like a refund .Your earliest respond to this matter would be greatly appreciated
