Newly Renovated Penthouse with Beautiful Views of the Gulf!
Questa bella due camere da letto, due bagni attico unità D-42 ha una vista mozzafiato sul golfo dal lanai schermato e l'ampio solarium privato sul tetto. La cucina moderna vanta elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito, un sacco di posti a sedere contatore ed è completamente attrezzata. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto queen size e centro di intrattenimento con TV a schermo piatto HD da 50 pollici. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, HDTV con DVD Blu-ray e accesso diretto al lanai. Il bagno principale progettato su misura ha una vanità doppio lavabo con abbondanza di spazio di archiviazione e comprende una bella cabina doccia di sette piedi per cinque piedi. Nella camera degli ospiti si trova un letto matrimoniale e due letti extra lungo, con TV / DVD e un bagno adiacente con doccia e vasca. Ci sono ripiani in granito in tutto. Lenzuola, compresi gli asciugamani da spiaggia, sono forniti con sedie a sdraio e ombrellone.
Pointe Santo de Sanibel è il più ricercato complesso sull'isola di Sanibel ed è perfetto per le famiglie. Internet wireless gratuita è disponibile in tutto il complesso. Il lussureggiante paesaggio meticolosamente mantenuto con le sue palme e fiori tropicali circondano il lago, piscina e vasca idromassaggio. Un Amministratore Ricreazione sovrintende un programma divertente svago quotidiano per bambini e adulti. Uscire al più grande, spiaggia sabbiosa sull'isola e rilassarsi sulle sedie da spiaggia per gli ospiti o scoprire che shell perfetta sulla migliore spiaggia bombardamenti al mondo. Piste ciclabili che portano in tutta l'isola arrivano fino a Pointe Santo. Questo posto ha tutto!

We stayed in this unit from June 6-13, 2026. The property was extremely nice, well maintained, and included everything you need for an extended stay. The unit also included beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, and several other beach-related items for children. The host, Heidimarie, was quick to respond to any questions; as was the property management team. We would highly recommend this property as a preferred location for anyone staying in Sanibel Island.

We loved the design and updated clean and simply look to the condo. With parking spot right out front it makes moving in and out a breeze as well. No complaints from us!

We had an incredible time this trip. This was due to the location and beautiful condo. Everything that we needed was ready and available for us. The condo is very nicely done with plenty of closet and drawer space. Everything seems brand new and an excellent location. The roof deck feature was awesome for evening sunsets and you are only steps away from the beach. The entire property is clean and well kept. We will definitely be back next year.

We had a week long stay in Paradise. It was a short walk to the beach, beautiful view from the lanai. I have not rented a condo in the past so was not sure what to expect. My review reflects answers, if you are new to renting a condo. I have nothing to compare our experience to. This is by no means a bad review it’s just to answer some questions you may have prior to your stay.The accommodations were very comfortable, bed, pillow and sheets! There were extra pillows in a cabinet but no extra pillow cases provided. We had essentially what we needed for the week, including a cooler, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. You will need to shop for food, spices, including salt & pepper, laundry soap (if you want to use the laundry machine, which we did several times in the week). There are fluffy hand towels, shower towels and washcloths provided. There was just enough toilet paper for two of us for the week, and we ran out of paper towel - there was not a full roll when we arrived. There was hand/body soap and a small amount of shampoo to get you started. Dishwasher detergent, dish soap provided and there was one pouch of coffee for your first morning - there is no Keurig. I packed some coffee from home b/c it was not clear and we are coffee drinkers I’m not sure if any of those additional items (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps) are provided by the property manager, we did not ask. We shopped for anything we needed during our stay. We had an amazing time, the condo is very comfortable, spacious and all updated just as the photos depict. The kitchen has all you will need to cook and there are gas grills, not far from the unit. We would absolutely rent here again in the future!
