The condo and the location were great. The condo was perfect for us.

This condo was in a great location and was so clean and comfortable! There were tons of little extras around the condo we weren't expecting! We brought our 14 month old with us and the condo was great for her. The extra bedroom was large enough to set up a pack and play for her to sleep. The beach access and pool were very nice and clean as well!

After the first day, we decided we do not want to stay anywhere else in destin. There was My two daughters and me and condo suited us to a T! Very prett decor, well stocked kitchen, loved the covered balcony. Highly recommend!

Awesome location. Cleanliness of the place was awesome. Great selection of plates and such. Very convenient access to beach. Amazing selection of carts and luggage carts for your convenience.

It had everything! Space for the family, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a balcony, and the most comfortable bed in an property I’ve ever visited. The host was amazing, extremely communicative and very accommodating. I will absolutely visit this property again in the future and look forward to the opportunity to come back soon!

Very nice and relaxing with a perfect ocean view. The condo was clean, orderly, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I always travel with my own sheets (I'm a sheet snob:) but I never put them on!
We did miss the old patio furniture because we're older and not fans of high-top table and chairs.

We were very pleased with our vacation rental property and would highly recommend it. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and updated. Numerous seafood restaurants in the immediate area were a special treat. The owner was extremely responsive to our pre-arrival inquires and post-arrival telephone resolution in helping us understand the various TV applications. Owner written instructions about the late-check-in process involving on-site condo management should be updated. Fortunately the owner was readily available telephonically and immediately resolved our misunderstanding.

The condo property is really fantastic. Not crowded, other guests were courteous and respectful. Beach is awesome! This property could improve with larger TVs and a smart TV in master bedroom. Everything else was great!

We love staying here. The home is well cared for and stocked with necessities. We love the view and location as we can walk to our favorite restaurants. This is the first place we look to reserve when we go to Destin.

Water pressure in guest bathroom shower is a little low, otherwise everything was great. Never waited for an elevator, which is great since we were on 11th floor. Didn't like the fact you can't set up your own tent or umbrella, but we rented 2 umbrellas for the week. Probably won't be back, but it's not because of the condo.

This condo was extremely beautiful! It was decorated with decorations and top quality furniture. It was the closest to being at home that I have seen. The towels, dishes, the kitchen utensils and necessities were extremely nice. There were bars of soap and a sample shampoo and lotion provided. The view was picture perfect. It is located in the center of all the activities and grocery stores needed. It is also close to main shopping outlets and shopping areas for the whole family. Not to mention the Back porch seafood restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay. David is really nice and easy to deal with too. Look forward to staying here again.

We were very pleased with the property overall. It was located closed to everything you need... food, shops, and activities. We had originally planned to bring our boat and needed suggestions on where to store it for the week. David was super helpful giving us ideas on where to take it. We ultimately decided to rent a boat instead of haul ours from NC. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The pool was clean and the beach chair/umbrella rental was super convenient. They were changing the key entry to the condo and David let us know ahead of time and gave us our new code so we did not have any surprises. We most definitely would stay again!

This was our 1st vacation in 8 years other than a day or 2 away. The beach and ocean was beautiful! The condo was great and well equipped. I was a little nervous when we arrived and 1 of our key cards did not work and there was no one at the front desk for the 1st 2 days we were there to activate the non-working card. I was just hoping nothing happened to the other key card until someone could activate the non working card. They were working on the building putting railings on and painting the week we were there so that was a bummer since the last2 days we were there were very loud throughout the day. I understand maintenance happens. Other than that it was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. We did see dolphins out in the ocean from our balcony on the last day, that was neat!

Very nice and accommodating owners of this property. This was our first ever beach trip as well as using VRBO. We will def go again and hopefully stay in the same condo.

Stress Relief
This vacation was just what the Dr ordered! My daughter is recovering from cancer treatment and I'm a teacher recovering from work! The condo was lovely and the ocean water was like glass. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return sooner than later!

The sunrise and sunset is so beautiful it's a must to see and capture. Beach was clean and the white sand is so soft. Everything you need is available in the unit. Clean, neat and spacious. There was even chairs so we didn't have to rent on the beach.
