Situato in Caswell Beach, questo affascinante condominio a 230 € per notte è un eccellente scelta per il tuo prossimopausa. Questo è un bellissimo condominio fronte oceano. Dispone di 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni: condominio di 2 ° livello. 1 re, 1 regina, 2 gemelli. (nuovi materassi e lettore FSTV / DVD) Nuovo tappeto nelle camere da letto e pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica. 4 TVCC (HDTV da 42 "in soggiorno con lettore DVD), Internet wireless. Cucina completamente attrezzata con macchina per il caffè normale e Keurig. Portico coperto sul ponte recentemente rinnovato con una fantastica vista sull'oceano. Due piscine comunitarie stagionali, doccia esterna privata con acqua calda e fredda e accesso tramite garage, griglia a carbone. Parcheggio coperto per due veicoli, vagone previsto per il trasporto in spiaggia. Splendida vista sull'oceano! Non è necessario lasciare il comfort del proprio condominio per godersi la meraviglia dell'oceano. Basta percorrere 200 gradini e le dita dei piedi sono nel bellissimo Atlantico. Sei a pochi passi dall'Oak Island Golf Club con il famoso ristorante. Vietato fumare.

We had a great time and absolutely loved staying here. I’m just afraid to leave such a great review, I might not be able to rent again next year! The view is amazing and the place is brand new from top to bottom. Easy to contact someone for assistance. Thank you!!

The condo had nice views of grounds, water and even deer.
Vertical blinds and sliding glass doors were a bit difficult to open/close.
Rooms were nice.
Master bath small.

The Condo was older, yet okay. The sliding glass door to the patio was open at the top when we got in. We had to rig it with a piece of cardboard to stay closed to keep flies and heat out. The door from the master bedroom to the patio also had issues so we didn't use it. Could not get the TV's to work and no directions. Way too many remotes as well. Master bath was TINY for the shower and toilet. We had no clean towels or linens yet were able to get some thanks to the owner. Overall glad the other part of our family stayed in the condo below us as that had been updated and was nicer for meals and gathering.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. My family enjoyed the spacious apartment, the lovely ocean views and the proximity to South Port. The distance from Caswell Dunes to the ocean was slightly misleading but not a major problem. We would definitely like to visit here again.

We had a great stay at this condo. We had an issue with a:c when arriving but it was corrected promptly. We would stay at this condo again. Great neighborhood to walk dogs. Close to beach. Very clean.

We loved the location. Property very clean. Access to all the great beach stuff and bikes was a nice extra.... Thanks for including all that for our enjoyment.

We wanted to spend special time with my son, who was being deployed to Iraq. The condo was great with the exception of a few very minor things. The salt air had eroded the sliding glass doors, so it was difficult to open them to easily walk out on the deck. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, as my husband and I do, I would not recommend this condo. I would also recommend renting a golf cart to get out on the beach if you have problems walking any distance. Overall, this is a wonderful vacation get away. The owners are terrific at staying in contact and addressing any issues.

Beautiful view of the ocean, quick walk over to the beach, very convenient to local restaurants, shops, and Oak Island Lighthouse. We truly enjoyed our stay and would have liked to stay longer! Pet friendly, clean and comfortable. Only consideration is if you are traveling with elderly folks, this is a 3rd floor unit, so lots of steps to climb. Otherwise, this is an ideal beach get-away! We would definitely go back!
