Beautiful ocean view from patio. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful location for eating and shopping.

We love Oak Island and have stayed many places. Although this condo has 3 flights of stairs to go up the view is great and the deck has a wonderful breeze in the evening! Would stay again!

We had a great time! Extremely clean, no sand at all in the condo! We love the location....OKI Beach Villas is our go to! Great communication with host!

This property had everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation. The only things which could have been better (which are minor), are that the microwave didn’t spin and the knives were very dull, to the point of being borderline dangerous.

This is what we did while staying at Casa de Ava. From golfing to our quick walks to great beach, we had a great time soaking up the sun! It was a great place to stay!

We had the most amazing time staying here at this condo! It was the perfect location and provided a peaceful getaway. The condo is an ideal location, situated between the lighthouse, Fort Caswell, Oak Island, and Southport. There is ample to do and great restaurants within easy driving distance. The condo itself was incredibly clean and the perfect size for us. It was an inviting condo with comfortable furniture and tastefully decorated with beach decor. Jenn, the owner, was easy to communicate with, provided us with great recommendations, and was proactive in her communication. We highly recommend staying here for your trip to this area!! The beach was beautiful, too!

The outside of the property look nice, and neat. However the inside was very dirty. The bathtub had jets that were full of mold. It had not been cleaned for sometime. I also pick up a piece of human feces from the living room floor. I didn't expect perfection but come on.

Great Stay!
Great location and the condo was lovely. Amenities were awesome. Jenn answered all of our questions in extremely timely fashion. The stairs were a challenge at the beginning of the week but helped us get in shape quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

We went 5/16-5/22. The weather could not have been more perfect. Check in was super easy and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host, Jenn, was super responsive and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The property was clean and homey. It felt like coming home. The beach was quiet and calm and had very friendly residents willing to chat. It did not feel touristy or cheap but was instead a very nice and calm week for us all.

Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal - right across from the beach. We loved the view from the patio and everything was as advertised. It was great value for our stay and we really enjoyed exploring Oak Island. Would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this perfectly located beach condo. The condo offers everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay! Jen was available and quick to respond when my husband had a question about getting the cable box to work (operator error). We look forward to staying here again!

very relaxing vacation. everything is clean, we had meals on the balcony every day. fresh seabreeze and soothing sound of the water made us sleepy all day :) ...perfect location away from the crowded beach. pool is on beach front too. nice town, great fresh seafood specially shrimps. we'll be back!

Great trip
We had a great week of vacation with our stay! The steps aren’t fun especially when your tired from being on the beach all day but the view of being on the top story is worth it!

Condo was cute and true to the pics. However, the owner controlled the a/c and sometimes it was 76 in the house during the day A little warm Cleaning company could do a little better job.

We had a great time, there were no elevators so lots of trips up 3 fights of stairs! The room was clean, we had to wash towels daily to have clean towels, but we were very close to the beach!!

Great Beachside Condo
Casa de Ava was a wonderful place to stay. Linens and towels were available for us when we arrived. The location is great, right by the beach in a quiet part of town. I recommend staying here.

Quiet and relaxing
We just needed a break from Covid life and wanted some time with the ocean. It was just what we needed. I hope to return again when I need a break from life.

Easy check in. Clean. Home owner really nice. Nice ocean view. Enjoyed sitting on deck watching cargo ships go by. We could not get two TVs to work, there was instructions but still did not work. We are not tech savy people. Lol
