Great condo, location. Very well stocked kitchen and extras with all you need for some time at the beach. Easy communication. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Great Condo! Very clean , every kitchen appliance you could ever need. Beds were great & most importantly the BALCONY was fabulous!!! Easy in & out. Spa ( I’ll be sure to use on my next stay). Adult hours for the inside pool & sauna. Will definitely stay again. Worth every penny.

What a beautiful, well maintained condo. Photos don’t do it justice. We enjoyed our stay with two little kiddos who loved the beach and pool.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the view of the ocean was so relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our family meals.
We had an issue with the front door not locking. I called the owners of the condo and they came out the same day and resolved the issue. They were very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be requesting this condo again for our next visit!

Property was well furnished and supplied with everything you could need. The host was responsive to inquiries. Location couldn't be better and the facilities of the building were great. We had a great time!

This condo has the space for family to stay together. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of cooking and baking pans as well as seasonings. So no need to haul your own. Being on the 15th floor is great to avoid area noise. Having coffee and breakfast on the balcony you can hear the soothing music from Fairfield Inn pool area. They play yoga type music. I highly recommend this unit.

I have stayed in multiple Beach Club condos. There are a few that are on my do not return to list. This one is a keeper. The condo was very well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. I will definitely return to this one often.

The owner was so helpful before we got there! She explained everything we needed to know! The condo was as nice as the pictures showed and the view of the beach and water is fabulous from the patio! We all had a great time and plan on going back next year!

Condo 1503 met all of our expectations. It felt like home, not a rental. Tonya was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. The condo is well stocked with everything you need, nicely decorated, and the views spectacular! We'll definitely book with Tonya again in the future.

This condo is spacious and has a wonderful balcony to sit out and enjoy the ocean and even spot some dolphins. We used the well stocked kitchen often and appreciated all having our separate bathrooms (with plenty of hot water). Tonya was great with communication and quickly resolved an issue we had upon arrival. We especially loved having the beach chairs and umbrella reserved on the beach for us!

This property was perfect for our group of 6. We loved the ability to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. In addition, it was great to spend our mornings and evenings watching the sun rise and set from the huge porch! Check in was a breeze. We will be back!

A couple of good friends and family rented Tonya's condo for 4 nights over the Labor Day holiday. Tonya was a very gracious host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed, especially for the cooks in our party. Everything was well thought out; the kitchen, the 3 baths, beach towels, games, etc, Oh! and the huge balcony! We loved it, we will definitely book again.

Wonderful Condo
This is by far the best condo we have rented in Pensacola Beach. Kitchen well stocked, with separate ice maker, clean with extra touches, such as trash bags, toilet paper, beach towels, dish soap to get you by until you go to the store. Tonya was great to work with, very responsive. We will be returning to this condo next year.

This was a family vacation for us and our adult children. It was perfect for three couples. We loved to sit out on the balcony with our coffee or tea in the morning. Then a leisurely walk up the beach to start our day. We brought binoculars which we used to watch birds and other wildlife, surfers, and even saw a pod of 10-12 dolphins one morning from our balcony!
We thought the location was great and walked easily to nearby restaurants and shops, and a little further to the boardwalk.
The condo was well equipped and felt like a home.
The only problem we found were the shades in the windows of the second and third bedrooms. We weren’t able to get those to move up OR down, so there was a constant crack of light coming from the top that couldn’t be blacked out.
Overall, we loved our stay.

Great amenities and amazing location!
We had a wonderful stay. The resort was clean with plenty of room, with an amazing view. The location was amazing, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The indoor pool was great for my kids the day it rained. We have visited Panama and Destin, and this has by far been our most favorite. We will most definitely be back!

Relaxing stay
We had a wonderful time! Host was very prompt answering my questions and was wonderful to work with. It was so nice to have a kitchen with pots/pans, nice glasses and anything else we would have needed. We will definitely be back!
